Heidi was by far the best decision that we made for our wedding, we decided pretty last minute that we wanted someone to make sure that the day goes smoothly so we can be guests at our own wedding. Our location did come with a contact person who was supposed to make sure that everything went smoothly for us, but still we hired Heidi... and she was the answer to my prayers, she worked her tail off all day, and was always around when I needed anything (and I mean anything). She was a security blanket, she took care of things that I didn't even know needed to be taken care of, she packed up our gifts (AND BROUGHT THEM TO OUR HOTEL ROOM... NOT IN THE BUILDING OUR RECEPTION WAS AT). I can not stress enough that after all of your planning, you need her... you need someone who will run the event, no matter how organized you are.
