DH originally ordered the wrong watches (girl ones on accident…haha) and they were WONDERFUL about sending them back and rushing our new watches! Great website and customer service!

They didn’t have the best customer service to begin with. 2 of the tuxes were completely messed up, one got sent home with the wrong colored tie, etc. Just not recommended in my opinion. They didn’t do anything to help make the matter better either.

The dresses on netbride.com were $90 cheaper than any store AND they came a month and a half EARLY! Everytime I called they were phenomenal on the phone! Highly Recommended!

Janet did a great job on my dress and had everything done on time. She is SUCH a sweet lady with a huge heart and works her butt off. The only reason she didn’t get a + is because she missed one bustle and all night I was tripping on my dress (just a little) There were 9 pins and she missed one, so there were only 8, NOT a big deal at all, you couldn’t even tell by looking at it, everything else was perfect!

Yes this is my Aunt and Uncle’s business but WOW they did an INCREDIBLE job with my invitations, programs, seating chart, and ALL of my paper products. They are reasonably priced and a mom and pop shop (which I LOVE giving business to) P.S. I HATE kinkos… They have the family owned feeling to them and truly care about all of the work that goes out of their print shop. AMAZING!

I didn’t ever do a trial with Holly because of the lack of time. I completely trusted her. I told her I wanted bright flowers and showed her maybe 2 pictures and she did EXACTLY what I wanted. I started crying when I saw the flowers. They were INCREDIBLE! AND she was so reasonably priced. She does super high end weddings and has done several for Professional baseball players, and now I know why. I called her 2 days before my wedding and changed my bouquet from white to colored…she completely did exactly what I wanted with NO hesitation! I highly, highly recommended her times 10! INCREDIBLE!

What can I say, as usual Don was incredible. He made us laugh and cry and polled our BM’s, GM’s and parents without us even knowing. He was incredible. People at the wedding were coming up to us ALL night commenting about how our ceremony is the best one they have ever been to and that they were actually paying attention to everything he said. He was amazing! Highly recommended! WELL worth the money! I can’t wait to see the video, so I can really listen to everything he said!

Kellie did a great job with my hair, she did it pretty close to what I wanted. Not EXACTLY what I wanted, but close. It was also awesome that she agreed to do my hair UP AFTER the ceremony. I wanted it up because it doesn’t hold curl well and would get stringy. She did it up in 5 minutes and it looked great for only having 5 minutes!
