I purchased some amazing, gorgeous earrings from Mille Rose in Stillwater. I searched for months for the perfect pair, and the week before the wedding I finally found them. I wanted a longer pair of antique looking diamond pear shaped earrings that hung lower because I would not be wearing a necklace. I found the most beautiful and unique jewelry here. It's a little spendy ( I paid $75 for the earrings ) but well worth it for your wedding day, it was my splurge for accessories!! I highly recommend this little boutique for jewelry that is different and unique!

Jennifer was amazing! I called last minute and she was flexible and willing to make a deal. We negotiated a price and we ended up paying $495 for the drapery, for a larger ballroom that held 300 guest---an astonishing price compared to other quotes for $900 and up to $1200. She also offered the option of getting in touch with the bride using the ballroom the day before and if she was also interested, we could split the cost and she would keep it up for both days-what a great idea for brides on a budget, and I thought that was nice of her to offer-less work for her too. She was all around great and I am glad we decided to do the draping at the last minute (it was like 6 days before the wedding!!)

we had a stretch escalade I believe, it was very nice and clean and they offered glasses and ice inside for us to use. They had updated vehicles and the driver was very pleasant, opening doors and holding umbrellas for us and helping the ladies out of the limo. He never disturbed us and let us keep the wall dividing us and him closed so we had privacy. They gave us a decent price to, we looked around and decided to go with Excel and are glad we did!

Abbey Feldkamp of FeldkamPhotography took our wedding pictures and they were breathtaking. She was so easy and fun to work with and really got to know us as a couple. We really appreciated the time she spent “telling” our story...she stayed much longer than she was paid for and the end result was amazing. Her prices were the most reasonable we found anywhere and she worked with us to help us stay in our budget. We loved that she was flexible and willing to help….it’s very hard to capture smiles and laughter that are genuine for my husband (he’s not photogenic) but Abbey did a great job of getting candid photos that we will treasure forever. if I could give her more than 5 starts I would!

Shane Company is the best; there is no other in comparison. Nothing beats the customer service (no commission) or the life-long customer care. I go in every few weeks to have my ring cleaned and re-dipped and they treat me like I am a new customer every single time. They were so helpful picking out bands and helping me find exactly what I wanted. They had to order in several bands for me to find the one I wanted and had no problem doing so for me. I love it there and will never stray!

We did our own floral arrangements and are so glad we did. We bought flowers wholesale from the farmers market and arranged them the day before the wedding. We ended up spending about $500 for the entire wedding flowers ( 5 bridesmaids bouquet’s, mine, 10 bouts, parents and grandparents flowers and about 30 centerpieces) I am so happy that we were able to be so hands on because the finished product was so much more meaningful and well worth the time spent! I can’t wait to do my sister’s wedding!!

We ordered old-fashioned rock candy from metro candy as our favors and they were pretty good! The rock candy was delicious and the cheapest I found anywhere. They offer 10% off your first order and that helped too. You can order in bulk from them and save a ton of money. We did get a few sticks less than we should have in one pack of 100 sticks, and when I called they weren’t very helpful so that was a bummer but other than that everything was great!

We got the bridesmaids dresses at David’s Bridal only because all of my Bridesmaids were still in college and some of them didn’t have jobs, so money was tight. It wouldn’t have been my first place to pick them out, but I thought they were pretty for our budget….I didn’t want anyone breaking the bank in order to wear a dress in my wedding that they may not wear again. But, we did cute little black strapless dresses that I think they will be able to wear again and they seemed really happy about them. They looked great in pictures too!!

Like I mentioned before, they were perfect for what we were looking for, simple and plain yet elegant. If we would have had a larger budget, I would have branched out but the customer service was good and we had fast turn-around times on the dresses. We had one minor problem with an alteration but they fixed it for us in a timely manner and everything was fine. They are very strict there though, one girl forgot something that she needed to pick up her shoes and they almost wouldn’t give them to her! She told them my name (the Bride) and everything and she had to fight to get them, which can be a good and or a bad thing!

We flew to Miami for the bachelorette party because we wanted it to be separate from the Groom and his bachelor party. We stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Miami and it was really great. It has a great location, but we would have liked to be right on the beach…we didn’t realize it was a few minutes away, but it was no big deal. It was close to shopping and a large mall and minutes from the beach. It was very nice and the rooms were clean.

Bachelor Party: Vegas was Vegas-more than amazing! It was great for the guys who wanted to get away for the weekend and stay relatively cheap. Flights were cheap and they stayed in the Venetian which was first class, really nice and very accommodating. They had a great time gambling and there is always something to do, for every kind of traveler so it was really fun for everyone…and a great meeting spot!
