After seeing Giao's amazing work, I knew she would be the perfect person for my wedding. Unfortunately she was already booked on my wedding date. I was so bummed. But not for long.....For my 'day after session', I knew I wanted to have Giao do my hair and makeup. I didn't bother having a trial because I knew I was in good hands. Giao is the sweetest person, in addition to being an incredible artist. She knows exactly how to bring out your best features and make you feel beautiful.

I brought in some photos but couldn't really describe what I wanted her to do to my hair. Giao did a wonders to my hair, but I asked to Giao make some minor changes which came out perfectly. My curls lasted until midnight, and it looked as perfect as it did in the morning. For my makeup, I asked Giao for dark eyes, and light lips. When someone does my makeup, I'm not usually impressed because it always look a little "off" to me. But I was blown away when I looked in the mirror. My makeup was flawless, and everything was exactly how I wanted it. Giao sure knows how to make a girl feel glamourous!

Giao is so talented and I'm so glad I had the opportunity to work with her. I highly recommend her to other brides! I really don't think 5 stars is enough for her. 10 is more like it!

We initially met Anne at a bridal fair. I had no idea what kind of bouquet I wanted and she happen to have a beautiful bouquet sample at the fair. I ended up having my bouquet very similar to that but with peach tones. Anne did an incredible job with our flowers. She made my bouquet and the all the bouts and corsages for the family members. I really love how my bouquet turned out, even the orchid was the perfect peach. Sadly my bouquet got lost while we were taking photos after the ceremony. But at least I have photos to remember the bouquet by! Overall she did a wonderful job!

From the moment I emailed Natasha, the catering manager, I knew I was in good hands. She was thoughtful and extremely accommodating. We weren't sure if we wanted to have our wedding ceremony at the Westin St Francis, but after many emails and phone calls we knew that the Westin St Francis was the best choice for us and having Natasha as the catering manager was an additional bonus. She made sure all the details were perfect and answered all our questions. She was by far the best vendor that we had. If only all our vendors were as good as her! On the day of the wedding, we had some mishaps, and Natasha was so calm and tried to help us as best as she can, which we really appreciated. The Alexandra Ballroom was incredible and all our guests were raving about how beautiful the room was. The attendant also took very good care of us. We had hors d'oeuvres after the ceremony, and the food was divine, coming out just on time. The front desk concierges were also super friendly. Overall the Westin St Francis is not only an amazing hotel, but also top notch in terms of service.

Bev is simply the best at what she does and not to mention she is the sweetest person. Our venue provided us with a five tiered cake and we wanted additional sheet cakes for the wedding. She had another gig that day and we were thrilled that she was able to squeeze us in. We couldn't decide on the flavor and Bev was sweet enough to make us delicious samples to try at home. The samples were so huge that we brought them over to our relatives. The red velvet cake was so good I didn't want to share! We decided on the red velvet with vanilla filling and it was a hit at the wedding! I was so busy that I only had a bite on the day of. That was definitely one of the highlights of the evening.

Kirsten did my double french bustle and she did an amazing job. I intially wanted my bustles with more points, but sadly my train wasn't long enough. I'm happy with the end result though. Since the points are color coordinated it will be pretty easy for my BMs to bustle me up during the wedding. I'm so glad I brought my dress to Kirsten. She's a really sweet lady and she gave me some really suggestions. She finished my dress pretty quickly. I highly recommend her to future brides.

UPDATE 12/30
At least 5 people stepped on my dress, and I was amazed that the bustle lasted the entire night. I was afraid the darn thing would break off. But the bustle lasted throughout the whole night!
