Initially, we were going to use there services. They seemed really nice, they were just a little pricey. They had connections with everything: bridesmaids dresses, chapels, everything. My fiancé just thought budgetwise, hiring this company would take away from other things.

We went to Cancun so, of course, we used Mexican travel to plan the trip, makes sense. They knew nothing about Mexico though; we had the most incompetent travel agent. I think she started the day before we visited the office, but anyway she set up the flight and hotel. As for giving us all of the important details and information, she failed on that.

Very professional, courteous and well mannered staff. It was like a one stop shop. They had tents, tables, stackers, everything; we even rented a dance floor. They delivered everything to the planner and picked it right up the next morning I think, it was so quick that when I went back everything was gone.

We had our rehearsal dinner here. The food was pretty good, it could have been better for the price. The staff was very helpful; there were a few in my bridal party that were pretty particular. The manager even came over and introduced himself personally. The view is what sold me, oh my God you can see the skyline, breathtaking.

We used About the Day for both our photography and videography services. Sonia was amazing! She caught poses that I did not know we could make. They were honest, real, and refreshing...sometimes that's hard to find when you're planning a wedding. ~Editing style - Elegant and timeless...no cheesy effects or music anywhere. And the video is the perfect length! Everyone out here talks about this company; if you don’t use them than you wish you would have!


The manager, Rick, was really helpful; he helped my fiancé who was truly clueless about this whole ordeal. He was so funny and made light of what could have been very stressful. He even called him to remind him that he was late on the returns and could have, but did not, charge him extra. The customer service was great!

We ordered our wedding invitations from them and were highly impressed. They were very patient and helpful with all of the changes we made. The invites were a little pricey, but worth every penny. We stayed away from the online retailers so if there was a mistake we could deal with a real person, and not the post office.


My in-laws stayed here, can you say Bates motel, and they said it was disgusting. The sheets had crust in them, the bathroom was filthy and on the second day they turned the water off with no notice. My mother-in-law even said she saw a roach, but it might have been a raisenette, she loves those.

THIS IS NOT A LOCAL FLORIST. THEY DISGUISE THEMSELVES THIS WAY TO GET YOU TO ORDER FROM THEM WHEN ALL THEY DO IS GET BETWEEN YOU AND A REAL LOCAL FLORIST. THEY COLLECT MONEY TO PLACE AN ORDER WITH A LOCAL FLORIST THAT YOU COULD CALL DIRECT. SAVE MONEY, CALL A LOCAL FLORIST. THEY SCAMMED US AND WE COULD NOT GET OUR MONEY.

We used Rimanelli's to alter the flower girl's dress. They were very personable and paid attention to detail. Not many people, I think, maybe two people in the shop total, but they provide excellent customer service. If I need any additional alterations in the future- I will be sure to use them again.
