I am so happy with our music choice. They are fantastic! I was surprised they truly can perform EVERY kind of music. We had classical music during our ceremony, and then changed upbeat dancing music for the reception. They're very professional and all of our guests loved them. Also, Kenyatta did an exceptional job announcing various aspects of the reception as well.

This was another hotel option we had for our out of town guests. The hotel is nice with a fabulous location near the beach, pier and resturants close by. I had a very difficult time contacting their sales manager to book reservations for my guests. There was only one person able to block off rooms for weddings and she was very hard to contact. Even though I made many attempts to call, go in person and leave messages it seemed that manager was always out and took quite an effort to set up this arrangement.

Overall our experience was great at the Crown Plaza in Redondo Beach. They blocked off a group of rooms for a discounted rate. I was very pleased with the staff, services available, and appearance of this hotel. The location is perfect for guests since its next to the pier, and many nice resturants. (We actually had our rehersal dinner at a nearby resturant so guests could walk if they wanted to.)

Another thing I was very pleased about was their shuttle service. They have a shuttle that can drive guests around to various locations around the area for them to go shopping, etc. Then for our wedding night we hired a shuttle to pick-up and drop-off guests... they even shuttled guests staying at OTHER hotels.

However when I was checking prices online, I was able to book a hotel room cheaper online, than our "discounted rate." Just something to always check on I suppose.

I am so happy I met with Dawn at Libery Travel. I called her far in advance and told her what are honeymoon ideas were: beach area, South America, SCUBA, snorkling, and safe. Shortly after she contacted us with a great deal to Cozumel, Mexico (an excellent diving area.)
It was fantastic! All inclusive, shuttle from the airport and airfare included. It was the best vacation I've ever been on... we can't wait to go back.
She didn't promise us the world. She let us know it is Mexico and to not drink the tap water, etc. Shortly after I made our first payment, she even called to inform us that the fee had even gone down! I love Dawn at Liberty Travel, Los Angeles, CA I'll go to her first before considering any out of town trip.

I loved our cake! Our experience was great. We showed got to sample so many types of cakes and frostings, it was fantastic. They have more choices at this shop than many of the others. I'm confident they can make any type of cake. My friends have even used them for personal birthday cakes since they can print edible photos onto your cake.

We had a great experience with this shop. It was easy to send in everyone's measurements even for our out of town guys. We got one of the higher grades of tuxes and they looked great. I was surprised that they had the right color vests and ties to match the girl's dresses.

I was very happy with our invitations. They came sooner than estimated and the quality was excellent. You do need to do EVERYTHING online, which was a little irritating at first. I tried calling for assistance had to speak with a different person each time. It was definitely worth it in the end, we got a lot of compliments and they came out great. I'd probably give it a 5 star if I didn't have to call about the online questions.

Oh yeah, and just so you know they have an online "proofing" system. Where after you finalize everything they send you an electronic proof before it goes into printing. I believe you have the option to have a hard copy sent out but it takes several more days. FYI, they aren't open on weekends so you need to call during the week and orders are put on hold until work days.

From the moment I walked onto the property I fell in love with this site. Our experience was exactly what we expected: our family and friends together at a beautiful place. Yet we got so much more: our photos had stunning views of either the ocean, the sunset or the city lights. (That’s probably another reason why our photos and video came out so good.) Friends are constantly telling us that it was the best wedding that they’ve ever been to. Now that’s a good feeling.

What made La Venta special is their unsurpassed team that made our wedding run perfect. That’s one thing that makes them stand out above other sites. Every staff member that I came into contact with was kind and helpful. Sara was our coordinator (she also works at the Verandas) and did a fantastic job. She directed everything from the valet parking, to the serving of the cake and even packed us a picnic basket since we were too busy talking to have time to eat. By the way, the food was fantastic. We got to attend a tasting several months before our wedding to sample all the options… I’d love to go to that again!

I feel like the luckiest girl. Not only did I get to marry my prince charming, but we had the most beautiful wedding that we could ever ask for.

Excellent food! I loved that we got to attend a tasting to sample the various types of food and see the different styles of serving them. We were very pleased with the presentation and how the appetizers were passed around. We were happy that they had a good assortment for our vegetarian and special diet attendees.

We found out that they have a larger menu than we originally thought. Some of our final choices were not even on the menu, but rather mentioned by food runners at the tasting. This place is amazing. You’ll be happy with just about anything. (Especially their Flat Iron Steak!)

I did meet with one of the assistants and did not have a good experience. Don't get me wrong, the photos looked amazing and I’ve seen their beautiful work at various events. After I explained our ideas and showed sample clips of what we wanted she came up with an estimate that was extremely out of range from other florists. When I attempted to figure out why the quote was so high, she shook her head and said that's just how much it costs. She then dismissed me and began talking to another client that was making a payment. There were no follow up calls after our appointment… I was very disappointed.
