We met with the owner and provided a picture of the design we wanted. We had a tasting and decided on the flavors we loved. The price was well within our budget, so we were happy. The cake itself did not come out looking the way we would have loved. I would say it was sub-par. But who remembers a cake?! :) I guess you get what you pay for. Looks aside, it tasted great!
I wouldn't recommend them for a custom look cake. If I would have known that it would be that way I would have gone with a design they had done already.

I used You Pearl to purchase necklaces for my bridal party. Their prices were breathtaking...I guess because they are a wholesaler company and located in China. Either way, I didn't have any problems with my order. I expected the delay in delivery, but they still showed up faster than they told me. For my FG's necklace I was expecting it to be all silver, but there was some gold to it. Not a big deal since it still matches my wedding colors. Other than that I was satisfied. :)

I ordered my "C" cake topper in Edwardian font from Ed and was so surprised when he had it done and in the mail that next day! It arrived in great condition and is just gorgeous. Ed is great to work with and provides a great service/product. Would definitely recommend!

I decided to have a vase engraved by them for my floating unity candle. I was disappointed with the lack of organization in collecting the necessary information that I wanted engraved. They called me to pick up my vase and they didn't have the date on it. They tried charging me an additional fee to have it done, but I refused. The quality of their work is good, but make sure you're clear up front with what you want (font, size, location)...and keep a copy for yourself as record. It was their customer service that made me rate them low.

I went to Catans to try on a bridesmaid's dress for my friends wedding. The dress section was a mess with no order whatsoever. The attendant acted as if she was overloaded and extremely disorganized. She managed to find the dress I was looking for and pointed down the hall where the fitting rooms were. She told me to find a room that didn't look like it exploded. Seriously?!

I get back there and sure enough it was a pigsty of discarded dresses. I found a decent room and proceeded to try on the dress. It was too large so I went out to ask for a clip. She again pointed to the dressing room area and said there was a basket of clips on the service desk in there (which was unattended).

I left without purchasing the dress. Overall the service, as there was none, was AWFUL! If they are understaffed they need to step up or emphasize the need for appointments. I'm glad I'm ordering through David's Bridal down the road. Service is a LOT better.

Ordered my parasols for my "Thank you" picture. They arrived quickly and in excellent condition. I would buy from them again!

What's to say? I got a lot of my craft supplies for them, including the letters for my moss letters and the box for my ring bearer.

I ordered my Cleveland Browns garter set from Kristi's. I got it within a week and absolutely LOVE them. I can't believe I have to give one of them away!!
