ur wedding cakes were absolutely gorgeous. Cindy did an amazing job with the detail of the two cakes. The bride’s cake was a white cake covered with pink swirls on each layer and chocolate details edging the bottom of each layer of the cake. The groom’s cake was red velvet cake in the shape of the state of Texas and had tuxedo chocolate covered strawberry’s all over the sides of the cake. Both cakes tasted amazing and many of our guests asked what bakery we used for the cakes.

The sales ladies were excellent but it seemed like every time I went into the store the person that had helped me before no longer worked there. Everyone was very helpful and my bridesmaids and I visited the store several times, trying on every knee length dress in the store. Each bridesmaid chose a style that accentuated their body frame and all the dresses were a deep chocolate and some had matching sashes that were pink. Colors were pink and chocolate.

After almost 8 months of searching for the perfect dress and visiting over 25 stores, Elizabeth’s bridal shop defiantly stood out. Upon walking in the shop I instantly felt welcomed and that I was their top priority. They treated me that way ever step of my dress buying process. I came into the store 3 times trying on the same dress for my family and friends and they were extremely helpful each and every time. They provided so many extra’s with the purchase of my dress. They put the bustle in free and also steamed the dress several times before the wedding. I would recommend this store to anyone.

or my bachelorette party my bridesmaids and several friends went to Las Vegas. We stayed at the newly renovated Planet Hollywood and it was so much fun. Planet Hollywood was the perfect HIP place to stay because by day it had great shops inside and was close to other excellent shopping venues (very important to girls) It seemed that Planet Hollywood attracted the younger crowd which made it an attractive place for a bachelorette party.

The hotel staff was extremely hospitable and went out of their way to make my husband and his friends' party the absolute best.

My husband also proposed to me at the Gaylord Texan Hotel and Resort in Grapevine and we felt it would be a great way to spend our first night as a married couple in that exact place. The hotel is gorgeous; we have been there several times but never rented rooms.
