We ordered a few runners, to use as cloths on ceremony tables. The shipping was prompt, material and color was consistent throughout. For what we wanted them for, they were great. However, the material would be too thin (IMO) for guest tables, as it was too lightweight, and being satin, they would easily have shifted from guest tables far too easily. But for the price and our purpose, we couldn't beat it. For comparison, the actual satin material we had for guest tables was at least twice as heavy and rich as what these were. It all depends what you want them for... we were quite pleased with the company for our order.

When setting up this vendor to create the review, I select a $$, which is reflective of our costs with the Grand Ballroom since we brought in our own caterer. Using their caterer would significantly increase the venue's charges.

We had an excellent experience with this venue. The event manager was easy to deal with, responding promptly to emails or calls from the beginning through the end of the reception. Although they have a catering service, we paid an additional fee and brought in our own caterer, at a significant savings over what we would have paid through the venue.

Throughout the entire planning process the staff was very accommodating to our questions, concerns and requests, including allowing us to bring our own uplights. We had excellent access to the venue for decorating prior to the reception. Parking is an issue, and we hired a valet company to handle this detail. During the reception Grand Ballroom staff were on hand and if there were any issues arise, they handled them because everything went quite smoothly from our perspective.

Overall, we were very, very pleased with The Grande Ballroom and felt it provided the perfect avenue for the reception which was right out of a dream. Good atmosphere and ambiance, good bar staff, nice chandelier lighting and just a beautiful ballroom. This truly provided for a magical night!

Ordered ten shirts total, one was received not 'decorated' as expected. Upon contacting the company by phone, we were treated very pleasanty and were advised to simply return the incorrect tank top and they would replace it with a new one.

After returning the wrong top, we promptly received the new one which matched the remaining shirts we had ordered. Now the entire bridal party will look SMASHING when they wear their fun shirts at the Bachelorette party and also the day of wedding!!

Bridal Party Tees are excellent products, and we are very happy with both the tank tops' and tee shirts' quality, and we're even happier with the outstanding customer service we received. Would definitely recommend this website for PW users!
