We were so lucky to have found Sarina!! She's just starting out as a photographer but if you look at her work you'd think she was a pro. I'm an artsy person and really love a lot of the talented wedding photographers in OC, but everyone is sooo expensive. So when I stumbled across Sarina's website, saw her beautiful pictures and found out that she was super affordable, I felt like I had hit the jackpot!
Her editing is amazing and she is especially good with colors. We had a TTD session in addition to having her shoot our wedding and we were really happy with how everything turned out. There's just something so fun & energetic about her photos and you can tell they were taken by someone with a sense of humor and an appreciation for spontaneity.

She's young, funny, professional, flexible, easy to work with, prompt and has a great personality. It's really important to feel comfortable with your photographer(s) and after meeting Sarina for 2 minutes you'll feel like you're talking to an old buddy. She does amazing work but doesn't take herself too seriously and always listened to what I wanted. I'm really happy with the photos and am so glad that we found such a talented photographer for our wedding!

Kelly did my bridesmaids makeup and everyone was so happy about how they turned out. She and her assistant arrived on time (7:00 AM!), was easy going, chatty, professional, and fun to work with. She took her time and spent about an hour and a half on each girl so they felt really pampered and special.
I don't know how she did it but despite the 90 degree heat my BMs' makeup lasted the entire day from 8:00 am till midnight. They looked girly & lovely, but still like themselves. Everyone was also very happy with their hair, which was quite a challenge since they each had their own hairstyle.
I made a last minute change but Kelly was so understanding and accomodating. I really appreciated her flexibility and felt like she acted more like a friend than a vendor. I highly recommend her and think she is sooo worth the money!

Jack was fun & easy to work with. We got his DJ services from 6:30 till midnight for $895 and 20 uplights at $18/light, so he is very reasonably priced.

Jack mentioned that he was DJ-ing at 6 weddings the weekend of our wedding and his hectic schedule showed. Our wedding was bilingual (Vietnamese/American) so I had Jack MC in English and someone else MC in Vietnamese. I had emailed him his MC parts for the special moments such as the father-daughter dance but he forgot to bring it and so it was only introduced in Vietnamese and half of our guests didn't get to hear my dedication to my dad.
I also sent him our songlist and discussed with him that I wanted a lot of current, top 40 music, but for some reason he kept playing 80's songs. My MOH even went up to him to ask him to play more recent songs but that didn't help much. A lot of guest asked me what was with all the 80's music. He also wasn't as energetic as I'd hope a DJ/MC to be and isn't quick on his feet in terms of dealing with last minute changes (expect them during your wedding ladies!).

That being said, he is very friendly and likeable. He arrived early, had everything set up perfectly and did a wonderful job on the uplighting. We had paid for 20 uplights but he set up 12 extra lights, free of charge, to better accomodate the size of our venue. We also forgot the cables & dvd player for our slidshow and he provided those free of charge also.

Susie has the best personality and is very professional, attentive, and AFFORDABLE.

I had a hair & makeup trial with her and, though I loved her personality, I was not happy with either my makeup or hair. She's just starting out in the wedding business so some of her technique is still shaky. She did an amazing job of giving me flawless looking skin but she taped my eyes crookedly and cut off a chunk of my real lashes when she was trimming the false lashes. When I emailed her about this she offered a solution but never came through.
I brought pictures of the hair style I wanted and she had a hard time replicating it. It turned out sloppy and looked like something I attempted myself.

All in all, you get what you pay for. Her pricing is very reasonable so give her a try as she is a sweetheart & really listens to your concerns. She keeps you informed about what she's doing throughout the trial and welcomes feedback. She has probably done a lot more trials by now and so has probably improved her skills.

I ordered 10 monograms from Jennifer and had a really wonderful experience. She was accomodating and so easy to work with. I asked for several changes and she was patient and even made some suggestions. She responded to my emails quickly and I got my monograms faster than I expected. And being the sweetie that she is, she even made me a few extra freebies. Yay!

After reading so many great reviews about Nataly my fiance and I tried to contact her several times. She was really slow in responding and got back to us only once to email us her package & pricing info. After that she never returned our calls regarding meeting up. Her pictures look amazing, her pricing is reasonable and we would've loved to work with her. It's frustrating dealing with vendors that are flaky and hard to get a hold of. Oh well, at least we find out now rather than on our wedding day!
