This was just one of our many stops that night and we did not stay long. It took forever for us to get seated and then forever to get our drinks or for a waiter to even acknowledge us, and we weren’t hard to see since I had on a crown and a sash. The bad thing was that they weren’t even that busy, they were just taking their sweet time. The drinks were good as always, but the customer service was lacking. My friend was also offended when the waiter kept some of her change ($2) without asking if she wanted her change. It was just the point of the matter really, it’s not like he wasn’t going to get a tip! I would go back to Chili’s, but probably not this location anytime soon.

We did not actually eat in at Nolan’s, but they catered our rehearsal dinner in a banquet room at my apartment complex. Nolan’s has the best barbeque in the area and each year they are awarded this honor. We wanted to keep cost down and have something that everyone would like. I had used Nolan’s before to cater a lunch for a client, so I knew they were a great option. The price was unreal; we were able to feed 30 people for about $150, which is almost impossible unless you go to the grocery store. The food was delicious and we even had some left over. I highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion or just to visit on your own. They always get the order right and are happy to have your business.

I found an amazing deal through Orbitz. We went to Vegas for five nights and stayed in a 3 ½ star hotel for $800. I searched every online travel agency for weeks and they ended up being the cheapest. They are great about emailing you the information you will need for your trip. They even sent text messages with flight updates to my cel phone. I could not have asked for anything more. The website is simple and very easy to use. Even if you are not a big computer person, you could definitely maneuver through this site! I will always go to them first for future trip plans!

This hotel was very nice, we just got a regular double king bed room. The room size was nice and check in was a breeze. The staff was very helpful in giving directions and helping us find fun things to do on our honeymoon. The hotel has a rides on top of the buildings, but we did not ride them. The Stratosphere is the tallest building in Las Vegas, so the view is awesome, but you can only go up free of charge for a few hours during the day. It would have been nice to go up at night, but you had to pay and it wasn’t worth it to us. The location of the hotel was awesome, we were close to everything that you would want to be. Overall, would stay there again!

This lady was fabulous. She was open-minded to whatever I wanted to do in the ceremony. We were not able to pay her much, so I told her she didn’t even have to come to the rehearsal. We organized it all by email. She memorized one piece I found online by ear and played it during the ceremony. She showed up on time and did a perfect job. She was very reasonable with her pricing, and just a sweet person in every way. I got tons of compliments on her music. I will definitely use her again if the time comes. I could not have asked for anyone better.

This is the best photographer in the Spring Hill area. He has a great attitude and is constantly trying to please his customers. He is an expert at customer service, and that is my main concern when choosing a business to use. The pictures turned out perfectly- I could not have asked for better. He loves to do fun poses and spice things up. I have gotten tons of compliments on my wedding pictures. He is also very reasonable with his prices, and he will do his best to create a custom package to give the couple exactly what they want. I will definitely use him in the future, he does all types of photography!

Mary (the owner) was super nice and had a great memory; she got it all right after I changed my mind a few times. She was a pleasure to work with and saved me by making some pew bows at last minute. The price was very reasonable and very competitive with the other florists in the area. Most of the flowers were gorgeous, but my husband’s boutonniere was kind of skimpy. The bridesmaid’s bouquets were also somewhat small, but maybe she thought that was what I was looking for?? My bouquet looked great and so did the corsaiges and other boutonnieres. Overall, it was great customer service, so I would use them again!

The place was nice, the food was pretty good, the wedding went well and the price was reasonable. The customer service on the other hand was just plain unprofessional and bad. The attitude of the owners caused me stress during a special time in my life. They were blunt, slightly rude and extremely picky most of the time. They had rules on top of rules, and their paperwork was not put together in a clear manner, so that you know what you are paying for. They make a strong effort to make as much money off you as possible, and if you are a minimalist they treat you without respect.

This is a small shop ran by John Parker. He deals in coin collections and jewelry. He has been in the business for a long time and he really knows his stuff. We designed a beautiful ring together. I wanted something unique, a pink tourmaline, and I think we accomplished it. The ring turned out beautifully, I have never seen a prettier or higher quality stone. The setting is also very nice. He is somewhat flexible with his pricing and covered the cost of a more expensive stone when he was not happy with the quality of the first stone that arrived. He is an honest and reliable business man, who treats his customers very well.

American Tuxedo did the best measurements I have ever seen, even on my dad who just sent in a good fitting suit to be measured. Every tux fit perfectly and the quality was good. I got the best price available in the area, with the help of the regional manager. We were ordering about 9, so he was somewhat flexible with his pricing. We had one error, where someone was over charged, the error was corrected and handled pretty well. The only complaint I have is that one groomsmen ended up with the striped pants, I had opted for the plain suit pants, but I didn’t even notice until I saw the pictures. Overall, nicely done!
