I will write a lengthier review later, but wanted to say that Lee is a pleasure to work with. The church is beautiful and has many different ammenities from a large changing room for both the men (with attached bathroom) and the women (detached bathroom), a zen garden, a gazebo, a bell for ringing, organ, is pet and petal friendly, and the view is so unique and beautiful. They only book one wedding per day so you are not rushed. The drive up to the church is beautiful and it takes you away from the city. I am so glad we got married here. Even our pastor who grew up on the street above the church had no idea how beautiful the view was from the santuary.

Our wedding was truly magical and the flowers provided by Katharina Stuart were one of the highlights. We had a relatively modest budget for a wedding of our size. We had 5 bridesmaids, 5 groomsmen, 1 junior bridesmaid, 2 flowergirls, a ring bearer, 2 dads, plus us, the bride and groom. At the church we wanted flowers down the aisle and at the reception we had 22 tables that required centerpieces, plus extra decoration for the cake table and the sweetheart table.
Our wedding reception had a lot going on so it was important that the flowers create a serene and elegant tone to contrast with the busy-ness of our program. Katharina not only succeeded, but exceeded our expectations. Crabapple branches lined the aisles of the church creating the effect of a cherry blossom grove (cherry blossoms, as well as as most other blossoms, were out of season). These same branches were later transported to the reception hall and transformed our reception hall to a beautiful tea garden in bloom. The centerpieces were so pretty that they began disappearing from the tables as the wedding began to wind down. In the days following our wedding my bridal bouquet continued to bloom and if possible, get even prettier as the flowers all opened up.
I am so glad we went with Katharina. She is an artist. She didn't try to convince us to spend more money than we could afford, but thoughtfully evaluated the different spaces and maximized the flowers we could afford to full effect. There were no hidden costs. I never once felt that if we spent more money things would have turned out better. Everything was perfect and within budget. Initially, I had considered doing our own centerpieces and bouttoneires to cut costs. I am so glad I didn't - the impact her flowers had at both the church and the reception plus the peace of mind was more than worth it.
