The Holiday Inn in Rosslyn really took care of me, my family and friends. We reserved a hotel block here. My husband and I spent our wedding night at the hotel, too. The staff provided the bride and groom a room the night before the wedding as well as a room the night of the wedding. We received an executive room and were so pleased.

Our florist, Sara Lubeck, did a fabulous job on the bouquets and floral arrangements. My flowers were one my favorite things about my wedding. Sara is very creative, and captured the essence that we wanted for our wedding day in our floral decor/ bouquets. Her designs looked amazing in the photographs, as well.

For our wedding favors, I ordered chocolate US Capitol Buildings from Historical Chocolate Co. They were so cute, yummy, and very fitting for our Washington D.C. wedding. It was easy working with this company and we were pleased with their product.

Would not recommend. I called Vinny the owner of Good Vibrations on August 31, 2008 and left a voice message to discuss my complete dissatisfaction in Good Vibration's service but he failed to return my call. I emailed him a week later and told him how VERY disappointed in the service that was provided. My husband and I met with Vinny in person and was told that he would be our DJ. We told Vinny that we wanted to meet the person that would be our DJ because building a rapport and personality was
very important to us. Not only did he not show up, he did not call us and inform us that he would not be attending our event. The person that replaced him was far less than adequate. People came up to us after the wedding and explained that they did not know when we did the cake cutting, first dance because they could not hear the DJ. The DJ was not inviting and did not engage the crowd. I have never been to a wedding where the dance floor was empty at times. I could have brought in my ipod and computer and had a better DJ experience.

My husband and I took dance lessons from Deb at The Wedding Dance Specialists. Deb was simply wonderful. She helped me gain confidence in dancing, which is half the battle. She was patient and knowledgeable. We will go back to her for more lessons.

Our reception was held at Vantage Point Rooftop Restaurant. I would have given them a 5 star rating if they had not lost my signature frame. Otherwise, this venue was wonderful. The restaurant has beautiful glass windows that overlook Georgetown. The staff- excellent.

We purchased all of our wedding dessert at Custom Cakes & Confections. The wedding cake was everything I asked for- beautiful, tasty, exactly how I pictured it! We also did a fireman's groom cake from this vendor. Happy with the product/service.

The staff at Victorian Rose Bridals are excellent to work with. Great customer service and follow up. The gown selection is beautiful. I felt beautiful on my wedding day, and grateful for how well I was taken care of! Great, reputable bridal salon to work with. I recommend.
