This lady is great! Everything you hear is completely true! She is not only a hair stylist - but she got me through some of my craziest moments. She knows how to make you smile and laugh in the most difficult times.

The limo driver missed us for one of our rides. His cell phone was out of area (for some reason). We had to take a hot trolley down to the ceremony site after pictures. We were dripping of sweat and the limo was no where to be found. Since I paid 885.00 for essentially three rides - I felt ripped off since he missed one of our rides. We complained and was basically told this normally never happens and sorry. The limo was nice though - but we didn't get great service.

Cake was good and moist. They did work with us on several changes. Their style and decorating is only ok to me.

The 72 chairs were delivered Friday morning. I looked at them and half of them looked horrible. I ended up calling Rent-All-City and they agreed that I could exchange some of them. On Friday morning when I had other errands it took me two hours to go through all the chairs. I finally took out 35 chairs for them to take back. They did return later that day and the chairs looked better. However, if you are paying 7.00 a chair to rent you don't expect to have big pieces of paint missing. They also left chair covers which all needed to be ironed - I don't know if that is normal practice or not.

He is really nice just as all the rest have said.. His way of photography is different - he is not all about poses and is not in your face. We really felt like we enjoyed the wedding and not like we had our cheeks sore from smiling and taking pictures.

On time, tasted great, great customer service - lovely vendor.

I would have given them 3 stars, but the old coordinator left and I got Tammy who did an awesome job. Minus some of the old problems we had I really feel if we would have had Tammy the whole time none of these problems would have existed. She did her best to work with us and give us everything we needed. She was very organized. The banquet staff was really professional and nice as well. The view is amazing in the presidential ballroom and everyone loved it. It is only good for 80 or less people though. We had 70 which was perfect.

We had doves, but I didn't really see them circle around our head three times which is what they were supposed to do and what the poem said. Customer service was great - I guess, just don't expect them to circle three times and you won't be disappointed.

Sarah is very reasonable priced. She was very professional and played all the songs requested. I got to see her on the video and thought she did a wonderful job.

This one is hard - the boat itself is beautiful and looks like a very nice chapel inside. Jillian was great to work with all the way through. However, on the actual day execution was a bit left to desire. My flower girl went on the wrong part of the song which left a huge gap at the end (something we had been over several times with the coordinator). People kept coming in although the weddings on water staff was suppose to keep them outside so they didn't see the bride before time. The captain was HORRIBLE at speaking claiming he didn't get his vows until the night before (even though I had forwarded to the coordinator 4 months in advance). A storm came which made the boat rock like crazy- this is out of their control. They get a C because the chapel is pretty nice, but the service was really a D. The weather (not their fault) F.
