Platinum Mix was the perfect choice for our wedding reception. Sara was really helpful keeping us on track throughout the event. She really listened to what we wanted...not only with the music she played but also with the announcements and timing of everything. She took requests, but didn't play "do not play" music. When one questionable song was requested, she even checked with us to make sure it was OK if she played it. We really appreciated the personal attention. She kept people of all ages dancing and happy! We loved the Chill Tunes that she played for cocktail hour, and were happy that we had that option rather than classical or smooth jazz. The Platinum Mix website makes it really fun to create a playlist, and made an overwhelming job seem a lot easier! We would highly recommend Sara and Platinum Mix, and the price was excellent compared to other DJs in the area!

After seeing Marci's slideshows on her website, we knew she was the perfect photographer for us. Hiring Marci was the first decision we made about our wedding, and we definitely were not disappointed! Her photos are all amazing, and she was wonderful to work with. She is straight-forward with the contract and flat fee, honest, funny, and truly talented! She was also a great sport about our woodsy nature park photo location that involved getting a little bit dirty, and she got creative with some photo angles there (from kneeling down in the dirt to climbing up high to shoot the whole wedding party from above.) She really was like a "fly on the wall" as far as getting awesome candid shots, but she was also like an extra helper in the wedding party when we needed her. She kept us on track with timing and helped out along the way with all kinds of little things. For people who don't enjoy posing for photos, Marci made it a breeze! Throughout our whole honeymoon we talked about how we couldn't wait to see the photos from our big day, and when we got home the photo discs were there waiting for us! Owning the photos ourselves and not paying a photographer extra fees for photo packages/albums is great. We used MyPublisher to create photo albums ourselves and we made cute little storybooks for the ring bearers. They turned out beautifully! These photos are exactly what we hoped for (and more!) and I'd HIGHLY recommend Marci.

I met Janet at a bridal show, and knew right at that moment that the style of her arrangements would suit my wedding perfectly. After talking with her for a few minutes and getting some great advice from her, I knew I wanted to hire her. I was a little bit worried about the distance she would have to drive to get to my wedding location, but it turned out not to be a problem at all! She is wonderful to work with, and meeting with her was like visiting with a friend...a very professional, creative, and talented friend! The quote she provides come with photos of the types of flowers she will use, and it really puts you at ease to know what you're paying for. She is very flexible about tweaking it to make it just what you want, and she suggests tons of options. She is very enthusiastic and you can tell she looks forward to creating every arrangement. She obviously has a lot of fun coming up with and executing creative ideas that fit the style and color scheme of your wedding. Seeing my bouquet for the first time made me so happy, because it was what I had wanted, but even better than I had imagined it! It was exactly the colors and style that I wanted and it was so unique and beautiful. I'm pretty sure the bridesmaids were equally happy with theirs, and I received lots of compliments about the table arrangements at the reception. Many people requested to take a centerpiece home and kept me updated on how long the flowers stayed fresh (it was quite a long time!) I would highly recommend Janet and I wish that I had more occasions that would warrant ordering floral arrangements from Floral Verde! The flowers from Floral Verde were my favorite part of the wedding planning process!
