This was a perfect location for the bachelor party because it was on the way to the girls Bachelorette destination so we all drove up together! they just remodeled and re-opened this resort and it is so nice. Everything is new and clean, the rooms were spacious and the staff was accommodating. They had nightly activities, and of course there was always something going on in the casinos! The food was great and it was an overall fun experience for the guys...they loved that it was open 24 hours!!

This place was fantastic for my bachelorette party, it was an upscale hotel right in Canal Park in Duluth! We got a nice "suite" type room and had enough space for 6 girls...it was right near the dowtown area/bridge so there were lots of resteraunts, bars, shopping, and entertainment! It was a ton of fun. One of the nights we were there they had a "smore night" and built a campfire outside and provided smores to cook! We also had the option of driving an hour or so north and going hiking and swimming in the lake, or doing more adventurous activites like kayaking in Lake Superior! I highly recommend this place, there was always something going on!

Jenny was really a unique photographer. We are so happy with the quality and creativity of our wedding photos...She is really affordable with her albums and prints. She was a really friendly person and so kind to everyone involved (my family, the guests, etc.) she cracked jokes to make us relax and smile all day and it really helped. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for timeless and beautiful photos. We'll be using her for other areas of photography as well!

I love this store. I've shopped online and in the actual store. They have really unique and one of a kind items, and they have an old-fashioned/vintage theme which I love. They are a little spendy, but not for what you get. I purchased my wedding day earrings and necklace here, and I had never seen anything like what I got anywhere else before, which made it really special. You have to check often though because sometimes in the store they only have one of a certain item, and inventory changes fast and they are always getting new things! They also have clothing and shoes along with accessories.

I purchased all my lingerie for the wedding night and honeymoon at victorias secret and was really pleased with everything. I bought some in the store and some online and I liked that if you didn't like what you ordered online you can bring it to the store and return or exchange it. It makes it so much more convenient to be able to browse online and take your time deciding what you want and have the option of returning it at the store. Cute items, loved the selection and the comfort of all the items I got!

We got married the weekend before the 4th of July, and got engaged the previous year on the 4th of July..so we thought it would be fun to give sparklers with a little message attached as our favors. We searched the web and had a friend recommend skylighter.com. Everything went normally, and we got the sparklers in a reasonable time frame. Nothing was over the top good or horrible bad.

Another website I came across while planning. This site also has Bridal gowns and Bridesmaids gowns for a discount. We found the dress we were looking for and were able to get a great deal on an expensive dress...but we wanted to splurge a bit and get a nicer dress that they could wear again, nothing too stereotypically "bridesmaidsy" This site was easy to navigate and it was the same way, we waited awhile for the dresses but they were made specifically to each bride's measurements so it took a bit longer..well worth it though!!

5+ stars-BRIDES--do not buy your dress before you search for it on Ebay!! I went shopping and found the dress of my dreams at Rush's Bridal in Minneapolis. However, it was $3000 dollars and I couldn't afford it but knew I had to have it, so I had to get creative...I searched for it on Ebay and was delighted to find several vendors had it for sale-Brand new, authentic, tags still on, etc. They ordered it straight from the manufactorer so they were able to give me a deep discount. The downside was I had to wait a few months because the dress actually had to be ordered and made before shipping out. I was nervous waiting for my dress since I had paid so much money but it came in the bags, totally pristine and perfect, and I paid less than half for my perfect wedding gown....get on the web and be resourceful!

I actually was lucky enough to get my Grandmother's mother's ring, so family heirloom passed down to me! But I wanted to re-set and arrange the diamonds in a new way with my husband so it would become "our" ring. We took it to Bernie's where my Grandma goes for her jewelry and they were so great. They listened to exactly what I wanted and helped us come up with a sketch and ideas for our new ring. We trusted their opinions and sent the ring in the get fixed. When we came back to pick up the ring, we were speechless, it was gorgeous! I'm so glad we went there!
