Cathay from Sugar Syndicate was great to work with and stayed within our budget. The cake turned out beautiful and she was also willing to make last minute changes to our order which was nice.

I was apprehensive at the potential of a second photographer showing up taking pics of my groomsmen and me getting dressed before my wedding; but Steve fit in immediately. He not only excelled at establishing rapport, he also has no problem directing his subjects or being directed to take specific shots. We got some previews of our wedding photos back and are very happy with them. Steve definitely has a great eye!

Our DJ was Kristin Marks and all I can say is it was a blast having her DJ our wedding. She was very responsive to our requests. Although our song list was quite short, she filled in the gaps with music that suited our taste and when it came time to dance, got the party moving! Great experience overall.

We hired Charlene because she responded to my ad on weddingbee and she had just started her business. She was also Mrs. Emerald on weddingbee! We hired her because her prices were very reasonable and she allowed us to stay within budget, but largely because she was really personable and just generally on top of everything. We did her full month coordination package, and it was simply amazing! She had lots of great suggestions, thought of so many details that had never even crossed my mind, and was a constant reassurance in the stressful weeks leading up to the wedding. She knows a lot of vendors in the Chicago area and was also able to make some great recommendations! She did so much to help me finalize the details and talk with vendors prior to the wedding and allowed me to just focus on the fun parts. In addition, she helped to clarify a miscommunication I had with the florist, which saved me a lot of headaches. Charlene is an amazing and talented wedding coordinator, and I would definitely recommend hiring her for your wedding day!

We were very very lucky to have found Laurie when she responded to an ad of ours on the internet. From the very beginning, she was extremely professional and responded to emails quickly and efficiently. When we finally met her in person for the engagement shoot, we realized that not only is she super talented in photojournalism, her personality was perfect for the job. We clicked with her immediately, and she made us (especially my shyish fiance who was quite dubious on the whole idea of an engagement shoot) very comfortable. We joked around and laughed and had a lot of fun. We are just starting to get wedding photos back from her, and they are AMAZING, beautiful and captured the essence of our wedding and how much fun everyone was having. We are so happy we hired Laurie, who was not only wonderful to work with, but will give us wedding photos to last a life time.

Royalty limousines were great for our wedding. They were on time and upgraded us to a bigger limo for free. Very reasonable prices. The chauffeur was really really nice and really accommodating. We got to everywhere we were supposed to be on time too! They decorated our limo with our wedding colors too! Would definitely recommend!

We had our wedding reception here. We chose this site because it was not only known for its delicious classic food, but for the extremely reasonable prices. For lunch, there was a 2000 dollar food/alcohol minimum and I think for dinner it was a 5000 dollar minimum (I think, you should confirm with the restaurant though). The restaurant is apart of Lettuce Entertain You, and their coordinators Jeffery, Shannon, and Lauren were so sweet and accommodating and responded to my questions and requests quickly. They worked extremely well with our vendors and everything went off without a hitch! The restaurant is beautiful with wood tables and a very warm atmosphere. We booked it for a day wedding, in which case, your guests can have the entire restaurant to themselves and have their beautiful martini bar area as a dance floor. Our guests loved the food and the atmosphere. Thanks for making our day so special WildFire!

Mary was amazing from head to start. I had my wedding gown hemmed, bust adjusted, and bustle put in by her. The bustle was beautiful, she even put in a blue ribbon for my something blue. She also altered my Chinese qipao for five bucks. Most amazingly, with less than a month before the wedding, I had a very last minute request to remove the crinoline in my dress, and she was not only super accommodating, she was very fast and efficient. Her prices are extremely reasonable. She also makes veils, and I saw a very beautiful bolero she was making for one of her brides. I would recommend her to any bride!
