I bought invitation kits at Michael's and printed them myself. I needed 2 packs, so I brought in 2 50% off coupons from the Sunday paper. They let me use both of them at the same time. The invitations were beautiful and the quality was very good. They were so easy to print, that I purchased printable place cards and programs too.

We ordered a cupcake tree, which is a tiered stand with cupcakes on 3 levels and a small cake for cutting on the top level. Edda's supplied everything needed. They included sugar flowers on the top of the cake at no additional charge. We chose chocolate and vanilla cupcakes. They were so yummy! My guests said they were the best cakes they had ever had at a wedding. My venue plated them with raspberry sauce and a chocolate covered strawberry, which really made the presentation nice.

The owner, DJ Ubi was our DJ. We wanted some dancing, but for the most part a laid back, mingling reception. He really got us. He played all of our favs like Oasis, The Beatles, etc. He announced the bridal party and events and really seems to enjoy what he does.

We rented a bamboo chuppah draped in white fabric for our ceremony. They came and set it up and then broke it down after the cocktail hour (didnt want the guests to see the break down, so they came late to make sure the guests were in the ballroom). Very affordable and pretty addition to the ceremony. Added that extra something special without distracting from the ocean view.

We got chivari chairs for our ceremony and reception here as well as linens and napkins. We originally ordered folding chairs for the ceremony and because our order was last minute, they were out of them, rather then having us go to another company, they upgraded our ceremony chairs to chivaris. This gave the beach ceremony a very luxurious look! The linens were ivory satin and matched the pads on the reception chairs. They were just beautiful. The guys set up everything and broke it all down at the end of the night.

I had a lot of non-drinkers at my wedding, so this was a great touch for some special non-alcoholic beverages! We also had a cold front the night of the wedding so it worked out extra well. The cappuccinos are delicious and they have a huge variety.

I have never felt so beautiful! Anna was so great to work with. I didnt have a hair and makeup trial, so she came extra early to make sure I was happy with the look. She also did my mother's hair and makeup. I almost decided to do hair and makeup myself and I am so glad I didnt.

I dont know how we would have done it without Jennifer and her staff. We came down to Florida on vacation for New Years, found Jennifer J Events, and then did a brief venue tour. They really pin pointed what we wanted and we were able to cut the venue tour short after seeing the second location, which was perfect. The venue was the only vendor we met with during our trip, so the remainder of the planning was left in their hands. I was nervous about how a wedding planned in 7 weeks would turn out, but I was amazed at the results. My family and I were stress-free the day of the wedding and were in awe of the ceremony and reception spaces. I didnt know exactly what everything was going to look like and I loved the surprise of it all. I gave them colors I liked and the look I was going for and they did everything else.

Very attentive and affordable. I really liked that their package included full wedding day coverage rather then a fixed amount of hours. Photos were creative and fun.

We only looked at 2 locations and as soon as we saw the Holiday inn Highland Beach, we knew it was the perfect spot for our wedding. We started working with Chelsea because Valerie was on maternity leave and she was very accommodating when it came to menu customizations. The day of the wedding we had perfect weather. We had our ceremony right on the beach in front of the ballroom, followed by cocktails on the ballroom's private patio that overlooked the beach. After cocktails we went into the ballroom, which has floor to ceiling views of the ocean. One unique thing about this venue is that they have huge lights on the beach to illuminate the ocean at night. The food and service was great. We came from upstate New York, so the guests really enjoyed the weather, views, and different wedding we had in Sunny FLA.
