Our video turned out very nice. The man did a nice job. We are very glad we got this service! We were so excited to see the video after the big day! Especially because we couldn't even remember the words we said up at the alter!

The down side was that he used the same songs he used for other videos. So after viewing samples, mine didn't feel "unique." I should have picked out my own songs, but I didn't even think of that. As with other vendors, I asked for a few things, and he said he would do them, but he didn't. A lot of people in the wedding industry say what you want to hear to get your money and then they don't deliver on their promises.

We rented a trolley. It was cute. The driver got us lost on the way from pictures to the reception. Then they tried to charge us for an extra hour after the wedding, even though we only took an extra half-hour--and it wasn't our fault, as the driver got lost! We told them we weren't paying this new bill and they said fine. We were so stupid to tip the driver what we did!

This was not a good experience. THANK GOD my mother went with my dad when he picked up his tux. They had given the guys all the wrong colored ties! Way to go! Let's get details correct people! If we wouldn't have caught this in time, I would have been mortified. They also didn't give all the guys cuff links. Thanks a lot! How distasteful! The people at the Oak Creek location are clueless. I was calling every hour before the rehearsal dinner hoping the ties arrived so I could go and pick them up. Finally they arrived. Talk about stressful!

In addition, the manager, Mike promised some things and then didn't deliver. He is quite the liar. My sister-in-law had so many problems with him b/c he charged her for a regular tux instead of a ring-bearer tux. It took FOREVER afer the wedding to get the credit they were owed. They also had to go to their warehouse in Kenosha the day before the wedding because the Oak Creek location got the ring-bearer's tux wrong too!

This was the worst part of our wedding day. This company had so much hype, but failed to deliver! They gave us the worst DJ and worst MC possible. This was my biggest regret! Whatever you do--make sure to see your MC in person and put down the extra money to get that person! We trusted that they would assign us someone good and it was horrible! Barely anyone danced all night. On average there were five people out on the dance floor at a given time--and I was one of them! They didn't play what people asked for, they told our guests personal information we wrote down on our preference sheet, they were not dressed in the tux we were promised and they didn't play the music I requested on my sheet. It was so lousy. I wanted a packed dance floor where there was a party atmosphere and it was a dud.

Our favorite part of planning the wedding was going to their Weddings 101 class. We were so excited. And they let us down so bad. Talk about hopes being dashed!

Music on the Move did my college graduation party and we had a packed, fun, dance floor that whole night! I wish we would have went with them! And I wish I would have seen my DJ and MC in action before booking!

This was a great church to get married in! It has old school charm with wooden pews and stained glass windows. It also has the modern touch of a big screen so we could play our photo montage as part of the ceremony. The pastor, Pastor Glenn Lawson, was excellent! He did such a great job. People came up to us all day telling us that was the most beautiful ceremony they have ever been to! And, the pastor, as well as the small congregation, are all super friendly! We continue to attend church there! It is great and we highly recommend it!

My dress was perfect for me. The unfortunate thing is that it came from David's Bridal. They did a terrible job measuring me and had to order my dress three times. The first time they ordered the wrong size. The second time a defective dress came in. Finally the third dress was good. They also have very poor customer service overall.

I got my Jessica McClintock veil here and it was fabulous! And it was only $25. They even ordered it in the length I wanted. The customer service was fabulous! I wish I would have went there to try on gowns (although my gown was perfect for me).

I got my bridesmaid dresses here. The people who helped me were fabulous and the owner is fabulous. One of my bridesmaids had to deal with a difficult salesperson. Also, they charge almost the price of the dress for the alterations. I told the girls to go elsewhere for that, but the two who got altered there both had bad experiences.

Our cake was beautiful!!! Ann did a great job for us!!! And not only did it look great, but it tasted amazing!!! It tasted WAY better than when we did the sampling! We had chocolate with chocolate fudge filling for two tiers and then banana with banana cream for the other two tiers.

Ann is very serious about her work, which is great. She also did a good job counseling us and helping us pick out the perfect cake for us!

I would not recommend this vendor. Although a lot of photos turned out well, there were some definite problems.

First, working with the owners was horrible. The woman is not friendly and the man is very arrogant. They constantly overpromised and underdelivered. They were the worst people I've ever had to work with.

Second, I did not get all the pictures via proof or on disc that the photographer took. They even deleted the photos taken with the bride, groom and bride's parents! That made me sick to my stomach--especially since the bride's parents paid for this!

We were able to pick our photographer. We met him for engagement pictures and he was super nice, but for a man of his age and experience-level, he missed some shots.

I feel like he did not pose us correctly and he did not direct everyone as he should have. I feel like the company tells their photographers to do this so that they can make extra money taking out double-chins, opening people's eyes that were shut, taking out parking lot lines when there was grass behind them they could have stood on.

The album I ordered included 30 pages with 120 images. When you pick up the proofs, they present you with their recommendations, which was 36 pages--and also $50 extra per page after 30 pages. That is truly shameful!

Then, you go and work super hard to pick out the backgrounds and pictures for each page, and then they don't even do what you said you wanted! And getting changes done with them is nearly impossible. They don't even understand when you draw them pictures and write it all out and make them copies of everything.

And getting anything done with them takes FOREVER! It took forever to get the pictures online for friends and family to view. It took forever to get the proofs. It took forever to get the album! Six and a half months after my wedding, I finally got my album!

And then, when you get your album, they give it to you in a torn, tattered box. They don't care about impressing their clients at all. All they want is your money. They are horrible people!
