Excellent service! Great selection and super quick shipping! Our experience with them couldn't be beat.

They have an EXCELLENT selection of the brand name wedding dresses, and also practically every bridesmaid dress that's in season and on the market. Unfortunately for us, this was the last store we visited to look for BM's dresses, because it had ALL the dresses we'd seen everywhere else. They also have a good selection of shoes and other accessories from mid to high end prices. (Their selection of hair accessories and jewelry is limited)

Their service is also pretty good. They know their products very well and are familiar with the different companies and their product delivery times. However, they don't come up to you if you're just looking around the shop, so make sure to be assertive about what you want and let them know if you need help.

Also--Make sure to visit during the week if you can, rather than the weekends. The place gets very very crowded!

I love the dress that I got from this shop. Because it was discontinued and it was the only dress of its kind left, I was able to buy it at basically 70% off, which is really unbeatable. The majority of their dresses are also pretty affordable.

However for the store itself: it's pretty small and only has about 3-4 people working there at a time. They're usually "busy" and you'll need an appointment or else they won't really be available to help you. Their service was only "ok". The girl who helped me was able to get dresses and make recommendations. She knew their store's dress designs well. However, the people who work there (generally) seem like they don't know too much about weddings or the wedding industry. To me, it seemed like they only worked there because it was the retail job that was offered to them. By all means, still visit the store (especially if there are none other around you) if you're looking for good prices, but don't expect the best service.

Definitely a great place to check out if you are planning on DIY'ing your own centerpieces, or anything else for special occasions. They have great prices on their vases, as well as candles, ribbon by the bolt, and other floral/decor related crafts. I bought all of my vases & candle hurricanes from there. Their glassware is excellent quality, and comes at the best prices I've been able to see.

Also- parking may be a little tricky, but we parked in the alley right next to it and just paid the parking meter. Don't bother wasting your money on the $5 parking behind the building. We only spent $1.25 at the meter and still had time left over. Good Luck!
