The smartest move we ever made in planning our wedding was hiring Kendra as our wedding coordinator. I never thought I'd need a coordinator, and at first I wondered if the cost would be justified, but Kendra's expertise, referrals, her help and her support made our wedding an event that was stress free and everything we'd dreamed!

Kendra helped us chose all of our vendors, gave us great recommendations, and listened to everything we wanted in our wedding - making every detail important and every vision come to life. Having someone handle all your contracts is an immense help, and having a person who is so familiar with the Sacramento area and all it has to offer was an incredible asset to our wedding decisions.

The day of the wedding, it was such a relief to have someone on-site -- coordinating all the vendors, handing out the final payments, ensuring everything happened on time and assisting the entire bridal party. The DJ, Photographer and Caterer that we used absolutely loved Kendra and her team, and told us many times that their job was made easier with her presence - leaving them to perform their dutites without worrying about any coordinating all the events. As a result, Kendra's influence helped all our vendors perform to their highest quality, because they didn't need to worry about collaborating with each other or with us. Having a key point person the day of the wedding that's NOT the bride or groom took away so much stress from our special day - all we had to do was enjoy our wedding and our guests!

Kendra was the most important and valuable component of our wedding - it is because of Pfieffer Event Planning that our wedding was such a huge success!
