I am happy for the previous bride who wrote her review for the simple fact that Rick actually showed up at her wedding! For us, it wasn't such a happy ending. Rick never showed up at our wedding and never called. When we called him after getting back from our honeymoon he tried to tell us the wedding wasn't until Aug. 30th, we told him we knew our wedding date and that it's the date on our contract we all signed. He finally looked at his copy of the contract and admitted he was wrong. He apologized, said he would double our refund back and we thought everything was fine. Almost 3 weeks later (it should NOT have taken that long) we finally recieved a check from him in the amount he promised. We thought, "Ok, everything is over with now" and went to the bank and deposited the check only to find out it bounced! He still has not returned our phone calls...please do NOT use this videographer! While his prices are good, he's obviously no where near trustworthy!
