I wouldn’t have had the ceremony anywhere else. Kay was fun to work with picking out ceremony music!

Kay from the St. Charles Church was fun to work with picking out ceremony music, and the harp selections that Cliff played prior to the ceremony were beautiful and set just the right mood.
Fun, easy to work with and provided a worry-free experience. We met a couple times beforehand and worked back and forth on a song list/style that would be best for our event.

They followed our instructions perfectly (I just wasn’t clear on exactly what I wanted and was therefore expecting a little larger bouquet). I appreciated them coming to the ceremony site to pin on boutinnieres and arrange the ceremony flowers.

This is my mother-in-law’s salon, so we got all the best treatment, plus breakfast. Totally relaxed, easy atmosphere to start the day, and each girl loved her hair.

I’d previously worked with Keith many times for work as well, and knew that I could count on him to provide beautiful, timeless shots for our wedding. He did a great job capturing fun moments at the reception as well.

We had to wait a long time for service the first time we were there evaluating tuxes, but the gentleman who finally served us was knowledgeable and helpful. All the guys were able to go to their local Savvi outlets to get fitted. As far as I know, there were NO problems with fit, missing pieces, etc on the day of pickup. Also, it was great that my dad was able to collect all the tuxes and return them to one shop the day after the wedding.

My fiancé worked with Dave at Generation Jewelers to custom-design my engagement ring. When we went in for the wedding rings, Dave was helpful in steering us in the right direction.

I’ve worked with Budget Print on many, many occasions for work, and they were just as easy to work with for my wedding. I didn’t go the usual route of choosing an invitation package out of a book; with the help of Sue & Kathryn at Budget Print, I designed the entire invitation and collateral pieces (rsvp cards, maps, etc). Therefore I got exactly what I wanted, and the price was less than going through the invitation book.
Again, I had worked with Budget Print many times before, so I knew what I could expect in terms of prompt service and a quality product. I designed the save-the-dates, emailed them off and had the cards back within days.

Leading up to the wedding, it was a breeze working with Crystal. She was always helpful and accessible. I was slightly disappointed that we couldn’t get in to decorate the reception hall until 10:00 p.m. the night before the wedding, but our crew pulled it together.
The biggest complaint I have, however, came at the end of the reception. My bridesmaids went to retrieve their bouquets from the head table, only to find that the clean-up crew had thrown out ALL the flowers! Along with the flowers, they also threw out customized pins that I’d had made for the girls which were attached to their bouquets.
Olympia did finally reimburse me for the cost of the pins. The other thing I’m not so sure about is that we had reserved 7 half-barrels for the reception and, per the contract, would only pay for the ones they tapped. According to the final tally, Olympia said they tapped 6 of the 7. We weren’t so sure that they had gone through that much beer, but found no way to fight it.
Food was wonderful; they were very accommodating of menu changes and easy to work with.
We also booked our room block at the resort. I heard no complaints from any guests; a couple of my bridesmaids wished the hotel block had opened up sooner, but I think they were just eager to get their rooms reserved.
The bridal suite was awesome, and the champagne and strawberries were an unexpected touch and made for a wonderful midnight snack!
