Let me just start by saying that we absolutely LOVED LOVED working with Jacob...We were actually very fortunate in winning a free engagement session with him at a bridal show and I am SO glad that we did because we loved his style of photography (artsy, edgy, beautiful) and his personality...I am not a photogenic person but Jacob was able to capture some moments that made me and my now husband look AMAZING in our engagement pictures. We had so much fun with him and he made us feel like gorgeous models.. Not only that, but Jacob was able to make me laugh and feel comfortable in front of the camera and thats why we booked him for our 10/09 wedding. I get SO SO many compliments when I show people our pictures that I know we made the right decision and look forward to working with him in the future. He is not your typical wedding photographer who will pose you in cheesey poses, he really is very artistic and your pictures will look straight out of a magazine..If this is your style, do not hesitate in contacting Jacob....

Brides BEWARE and stay away from this studio and designer...I contacted this person about 6-7 months prior to my wedding date and ordered some invitations because they did look good online...What i ordered was not even my own custom invitation but it was already created..All she had to do was put my info on the invites and other cards...First of all it is run by only one person, Heather, and she has absolutely no customer service skills at all and she is completely incompetent..It literally took her 2-4 weeks to send me proofs of every change I wanted to see, even if it was just one sentence..I am not lying, 2-4 WEEKSS...One time I even had to call her and verbalize what I wanted her to change on the invite because she didn't seem to understand when I put it in the e-mail...I would send her e-mails and she would say that she never received it...It took 4 weeks for me to get an actual hard copy proof because she said it got lost in the mail and when I finally received it, I e-mailed her to tell her that it was okay, I received an automatic response saying the studio was closed for one week...Yet another delay...When we finally approved everything she told me I would not receive my invites on the date I wanted and she offered no apologies, even though she was the one that delayed everything...I cancelled my order immediately and lost my deposit....Yes, the invites look nice online but trust me you will regret going with this studio...It is so not worth it.....
