Karri was my lifesaver! Not to mention the extra work her wonderful husband Scott did for my wedding to my husband last fall. The venue I hired had an on-site wedding coordinator, however, the coordinator seemed a little pre-occupied at times (especially the three days leading up to our wedding, unfortunately). Karri and Scott were not only awesome the day of the wedding setting up everything (and Karri was 7 months pregnant at the time) but also in the days leading up to the wedding. I'm a fairly well organized individual and had read up a bunch on creating a wedding timeline. I shared it with Karri and she made real magic happen, guiding me through the process with a series of questions (not once but many times) and helping with the music selections. She made sure our on-site coodinator had a copy of the timeline and was on-board with everything. Since Karri lives in LA and I live in Northern California, Karri didn't see the venue until the day of our wedding. This did not create any issues. In fact, Karri was calm (even when my mom realized a couple hours before the wedding that her mother-of-the-bride outfit had the security tag on) during hiccups that arose. In the case of my mom's dress, she called Nordstrom's and them came out to our wedding site to resolve my mom's issue. Karri was very attentive to the timing and pacing of the bridal party as they walked down the aisle. At one point my dad said okay we need to start walking and I said not yet, Karri will give us a signal - she did and it was great! I thank my lucky stars when I look back at our wedding for the guidance and direction Karri and her team provided. My day would not have been as smooth if it wasn't for her touch on all the details.
