If you are a "regular" size, not super small and not plus size then this is a good place to look for a gown. They really don't have that much in the way of plus size gowns for sure (I guess I paid the most attention to that because I am plus size lol.) Some of the dresses they have are literally from the 1970's and others are beautiful and quite modern. Also they do not have a very good span of bridesmaids dresses, all of the dresses I saw were really ugly or in the wrong colors. The ladies are nice and sweet though I just wish the selection was a little better.

I was so happy to hire my BB Jean Events and very excited to get started but I was sadly disappointed. She didn't want to get to know me or my fiance very much and had her own ideas about how the wedding should go. For example I told her I wanted carnations for my centerpieces and she insisted we do wild flowers. She also didn't want me to talk to vendors on my own, she felt she should do that on her own and then tell me which place I should use. She was very controlling and wanted everything her way. She made several very personal, snide, hurtful remarks in our email conversations as well once we both started getting the sense that we were not a good match.
I would recommend BB Jean only if you only want to give someone a very general idea of what you want your wedding to look/be like and then have them take care of the rest and if you don't want your planner to be very personally involved in you as a person.
