The suits were nice.

I ordered a dessert plate instead of a cake because I am not a fan of cake and their desserts were phenomenal. They had a large assortment of goodies, including cakes, cheesecakes, chocolate treats, berry treats, and cream puffs. Soooooo good!

Alison Cykert was our planner and she was phenomenal. She was great when it came to communication and any very helpful when I had questions.

The sales lady was super helpful and gave us a great deal on our rings. One of the diamonds fell out of my band 3 days before the wedding and they exchanged it right then and there for me.

We got little satin bags from them with our names, hearts, and our wedding date on them then we filled them with Hershey kisses. The seller’s product was perfect, cheap, and the cutest favor. They have a lot of favors offered that were really cute.

I did not do a traditional “choose what you want before the wedding” thing. I had a buffet style setting. We ordered appetizers of fruit and veggies set up in a beautiful arrangement, and had someone walking around with mini crab cakes and spanaktopita. Then we had main courses of fajita fixings on one side and a carvery station that had turkey and a roast, also with appropriate fixings. The food was beyond amazing and the guests really enjoyed the array of choices. When I was making the arrangements for the wedding, the Bahia offered us a number of choices to customize our menu and it was really hard to choose what we wanted because everything sounded so good! The catering manager that was there that evening was also fantastic.

The room we had our ceremony in was the same room we had our reception in and it was right on their private beach. We set it up so the bar was outside on the patio that we got to have with the room reservation, and it was nice that our guests could go outside but not really leave the party. The Bahia also gave us a suite on the private beach for free, which was really nice.

I was dreading going to a bridal shop, thinking I would be completely harassed and talked into buying something I didn’t want. I went by myself to get my dress and everyone was really, really nice and helpful. They got me anything and everything I needed and assisted me in any way possible. No matter how many dresses I went through, they never lost patience with me.
