They were a blessing to have on my wedding day. They helped coordinate all the vendors and make sure everything was set up to my specifications. I didn’t have to worry, my bridesmaids didn’t and my mom didn’t. They helped me get food at the dinner and make sure had drinks and that everyone in the wedding party and family were happy and didn’t need anything else as well. For pictures they rounded up everyone we needed when we needed them. They were a true blessing and worth every penny.

They really helped us talk through our many different options for our honeymoon and work through many different prices for cruises and all inclusive. In the end they really helped us get a good deal on an exotic cruise. We have worked with them in the past and will work with them in the future. They even sent us a bottle of wine on the cruise ship to say happy honeymoon!

The carriage made my wedding feel like a complete fairy tale. We went to their site and picked the horse we wanted to pull our carriage and then we picked which carriage we wanted. We also picked which type of clothes we wanted the carriage drivers and handlers to wear. I am sure they spent hours making sure the horse and carriage were spotless for our wedding because everything just shined. They were so professional and it was just a beautiful touch that I always wanted at my wedding. They made my day absolutely perfect.

Brad’s prices were cheap and we should have realized why. He worked showed why he was so cheap. The quality was not very good. He got very upset and argued with the owner of the reception site because he couldn’t eat with us in the ballroom he was eating with the other vendors. He was upset he couldn’t stand in front of everyone to get the ceremony up close and personal. He was very unprofessional and the video isn’t high quality. I am glad we got a video to remember the day that way, but I am glad we didn’t pay much for Brad.

Our wedding pictures were amazing. Every aspect of the wedding was capture beautifully. Craig was so easy to work with. He got to know everyone in the wedding party and made everyone feel comfortable since we were with him so much on the day of the wedding. There was only one picture I requested that we were not able to get and that was a group shot of everyone at the wedding. Things just got too hectic. Everyone tells us they have never scene pictures has nice as ours.

I can see why they are out of business now. They prices were reasonable, but the service was really bad. They didn’t size my ring correct. They had to send it out twice. They had massive turn over. They were always training new people. The only reason we went there was because it was the only place I saw something I really liked.

The process of ordering the invitations was very easy. They had tons of books to look through. You picked the invitation, colors, fonts, etc…… They priced it out and within 1 week sample to approve and then within 3-4 weeks we had the actual invitation and place cards.

Ginger who did my hair made me look like a princess. We made plenty of time for me during the trial run so we knew exactly what we were going to do the day of the wedding. My hair stayed in place the entire day and it even looked good the next day too!

The hotel staff was hard to work with to get a room block. They didn’t return phone calls in a timely manner. I was calling them two or three time before I finally got to speak to someone. Eventually I was able to get a room block. They did allow us to use their conference room free of charge for the rehearsal dinner and also after the wedding to have some pizza and hang out with our guests staying at the hotel.

I loved my flowers. Marian was able to do everything with the flowers that I requested. Other florists told me they couldn’t get rose petals to put down the aisle, but she got them. Her prices are so reasonable and she is so friendly. We had rave reviews of all the arrangements. I would love to work with her again.
