This is a husband/wife team and they are great! They are very professional and very reasonably priced! They also went above and beyond all of our expectations! It was $550 for 4 hours of music.

This bakery is famous and has been around for 140 years! They made a beautiful cake and it was delicious! They staff at Naegelin's were very easy to work with and made a beautiful cake exactly how we discussed. They have a large book of pictures of cakes they have done before that you can look through at the shop to get ideas and designs or you can find a design you like (in a magazine, on the internet, etc.) and take it to them to replicate for your day. I chose a design I found online and had them do a white cake and design in hot pink. It turned out great! They will also deliver and set up the cake for the reception.

Granzin's did a fantastic job setting up and serving and the food was great! We had brisket, potato salad, beans, bread and tea for around $7-8 a plate. The meat was cooked perfectly and so tender!

This photographer (Chrystina Straughan) is absolutely great! She always goes above and beyond what normal photographers would and is very well priced! She takes beautiful pictures and will do anything you request. She has fun ideas for shots and does awesome things with photo editing software! She can also help you come up with neat and unique places to take engagement pictures, bridal portraits, etc. Her website allows you to view and order your prints which is great for friends and family! I was not very happy with this flower shop. On my portrait day, the flowers were the wrong color and had already started wilting. They did not act like it was any big deal and the lady was not there to fix it. I called her the next day they were open and she never returned my call. She emailed me the next day apologizing and asking me to bring them a swatch of ribbon or a faux flower they could use to match the color exactly. The flowers on my wedding day were closer to the correct color but the quality was still not excellent. All in all the $1200 I spent wasn't the quailty I received.

This is a beautiful church for a ceremony. This is a cathedral style church that has been around since 1845! The staff is very helpful in booking the church but book early because they fill up fast. They are also very helpful in answering questions before the wedding day on what you can and cannot do inside the church in regards to decorations. They have two weddings a day on Saturdays but usually will work with you if you want a special time. They have a reception hall available and also a smaller chapel for smaller ceremonies. It is approximately $800 for church rental which includes a wedding coordinator, pianist or organist, and clean up. You can also rent candelabras and other items from the church.

This comedy club is located on the third level of River Center Mall and is a great place for a bachelorette party (and a laugh)! You can park in the parking garage of the mall and they will stamp your parking pass at the comedy club (if that is all you are doing) and you can enjoy free parking! It is also safer specially for women, to park in the parking garage instead of the parking lots out on the streets. You can order basic appetizers, meals, and desserts that are pretty good, and tons of different alcoholic beverages as well. It is about $15 a person on the weekends and they have two or three different shows but you must be 18+. Shows usually last around 1 1/2 hours and after the Riverwalk is right there for some fun afterwards.

Al's Formal Wear was very easy to work with, especially the staff at the Rolling Oaks Mall location! They had lots of styles, colors, brands, etc. to chose from and will help you put your look together. There are many locations (even out of state) and if there a no convenient locations for one of your attendants they can go to a tuxedo shop near them and call in their measurements and shoe size to the Al's location they would like to pick the tuxedo up at. You have to pick the tuxedo up where you place the order, but you can return it to any Al's formal wear location. Each tux with shoes included was approximately $115.00

I loved this place!! They have such a large selection and an area where you can sit and go through each book and look at all of the different styles of invitations and and were very eager to help you find what you were looking for. All of the books have the "set" of each invitation to look at so you aren't just looking at a page. You can actually see exactly what the invitation, envelopes, response cards, etc. will look like. I told the lady exactly what I was looking for and around what price range I was hoping for. That is always a good idea to know what you are actually looking to spend and have an idea of more or less what you like. I have done all my invites with Invitation Chicks including my wedding and now my baby announcements. I would recommend to everyone. I spent about $300 on 150 invitations with response cards.

I made my own save-the-date cards. I bought all my supplies from Hobby Lobby for $20 for enough materials for around 100 cards. I bought two colors of paper (pink & black) and cut the black paper into fourths. I used my home printer to write what I wanted and sectioned it to print four of the greetings on each pink paper. Then, I cut the pink paper smaller than the black so it looked like the black framed it. I used a hole puncher to punch two holes at the top (about an inch or inch and a half apart) and tied a sheer pink bow with ribbon. Get ribbon that has wire in the edges because it will hold it's shape better. Remember Hobby Lobby has 40% coupon every other week.. so if one item you want isn't on sale wait one week and get it on sale!
