This was a dream location. Talk about service!!! I never could have imagined how pampered I would feel at this hotel not to mention the beautiful location, both inside and out. It was convenient for all of my guests to get around and it was also affordable for them. The ballroom required little decoration because it's just so gorgeous inside. The staff made planning easy and also contributed to my pampering. I just can't say enough about good service here

Deb does beautiful makeup! She is fast and talented-all of my bridesmaids just looked beautiful. As the bride, I was pleased with my hair but it's not consistent-I think some of the girls may not be as experienced because we had a couple of do's falling apart by picture time. At one point during the day I heard a few of the hairdressers gossiping in the back about customers and tipping and felt that was highly inappropriate.

Laura is a genius-she does beautiful work and has amazing ideas, however I couldn't help but feeling I was a low priority because my budget was only 5k. Well it was less but her proposals kept coming in around 5 so we went with it.....She really took my ideas and ran with them, coming up with some beautiful centerpieces. I loved my bouquet and the brides bouquets as well. There were a few reasons for only 3 stars-the first, her proposals are slow which is odd since they are clearly canned. I had to go over the details and kept finding old colors that were not ours mentioned as well as math errors. She would promise to send pictures and I would have to remind her we were waiting for them after a week. On the day of, our flowers were delivered late
