Though the main guy (Anthony) may be a bit difficult to get a hold of at times (I took a few trips for a semi-scheduled meeting where he had gone home early), he is very friendly and outgoing. I love the price range I got for the location and the fact that I had the entire restaurant to myself for the night of our rehearsal dinner!! I also love the gorgeous hardwood interior, the large windows overlooking Hillsboro Village, and the cozy, down south feeling I get from the restaurant. I'm trying to show my guests a bit of Nashville over our wedding weekend, and I feel this is a great way to share both myself, my fiance, and Nashville with our 100 or so guests.

I love the simple classy car we got from Matchless. We settled on a vintage, white Rolls Royce and are excited to have such a beautiful, timeless car as our getaway car. I absolutely loved how easy it was to communicate with them. They were always quick to help us with our car and even let us adjust our getaway time after we had purchased the transfer for our wedding night. On a side random note they also had killer chocolate strawberries at a bridal show I went to at Cheekwood, AND those are the same strawberries they provide free of charge for the transfer from our wedding reception!

Though I really love my ring and the deals and what not (lifetime cleaning, upgrades of buying back at cost, etc.), I was not happy with the service. I found one lady that helped us to be down right condescending. I told her that I was concerned about sending off my ring (in the mail) to have the setting adjusted. She replied, "well we send off our 9-carat rings all the time." I found it downright rude. My ring may not be the biggest thing to them, but it is the most expensive thing I own and I want to make the best choices to keep it safe. It is the only time I have been made to feel that my 3-carat round cut diamond ring with micro-pave setting was not "big enough" or "important enough." With price comparison, their settings are some of the pricier settings though their diamond pricing seemed comparable to online sites like BlueNile.com when we got ours. We did not get our wedding bands there due to the poor service, even with our 10% discount.

Though they are a bit out of downtown, their selection for linen rentals cannot be beat! I loved the wide variety of fabrics they had to choose from that included classic linens, bengaline, lace, organza, damask, etc. They had some more tacky fabrics like basketball prints and what not, but I was especially interested in a gorgeous golden tan damask (classic print) mixed with some tables of a slighter deep brown shade in the bengaline. I gave them four stars because they are more pricey then the classic rental places like Premiere, Music City Tents and Events, and Liberty Party Rental.

I loved how absolutely personable the staff was here! They were so sweet and not pushy at all like a lot of bridal salons I had visited in both Nashville and Atlanta (Bridals by Lori). They let me just look at myself in the dress and then offered their opinion once I had a chance to voice mine or ask for theirs. I also lucked out by getting the dress I loved as a sample so that several thousand were slashed of the selling price!
I was completely dissatisfied with the service from this company. I found the food overpriced and the knowledge of the main organizer extremely poor. For example, when I spend almost three hours trying to pull together a menu within my price range, she kept saying that she would have to ask the chefs. It was like they were playing a game where I had to wait before I could get pricing. I told her I was interested in a salad bar, what kind of ingredients would be in my price range. She had no idea! It was impossible to get a menu nailed down because she was never able to tell me how it would affect pricing. She also did not know her food. I asked for enochi mushrooms, but she had never heard of them. I know they are a little different, but they are available at most groceries!!! I was looking for a tantalizing, well flavored meal but could only find basic, overused culinary ideas.

Emily is such a pleasure to work with and very talented at what she does. She seems like she was plucked out of an English Rose garden and placed magically in Nashville to create classy, soft, romantic wedding flowers for timeless wedding events. The price I am paying her for florals would cost me double if not triple with a regular floral company. I also love her history and level of experience with florals, including her support network of florists.
I loved Angie! She is fun, down to earth, reasonable, and very talented. She was even below the price range I was willing to spend for photography. She did two of my friends previously who had terribly planned, awkward weddings and made the pictures from them look perfect, romantic, and classic.

After trying several times to contact them to try to get to know more about what they had to offer, I gave up. I was going to have to give a deposit before they would even sit down to speak with me about a menu. I really want to know what they can do within my price range before committing to their service! I was very dissappointed with how they were impossible to communicate with, even after a friend of mine who is a friend of their's mentioned I was very interested.

I found the consultant to be extremely helpful on the day I was there. I did feel like she was pushing me to spend a lot more than I was comfortable with. My close friend who is also engaged was practically pushed out of the store after she gave her price range.
