For an on-line company, I found their customer service incredible. I began talking to them regarding general questions via on line chat (unique feature). When I found what I really wanted to order, I wanted to speak to them to make sure the personalization would work for the product. I was surprised to speak to someone w/o a wait! They didn't hussle me off the phone either. They even followed through with a return call after speaking to the maker of the product! Great site with a huge variety of products at all cost levels.
