Patrick kept the party going!! We really wanted to extend our reception because he just kept the dancefloor packed, but we decided not to. But that should tell you how good he was! Not only did he play all the songs we requested, but he really got a chance to get to know us and our personalities, so that definitely made us happy by his music selections. He's a great guy behind the mic, not a cheesy DJ at all!

Jamie was a perfect fit for us! Not only did we all get along right away during our initial meeting, but she was just so much fun to hang out with during our engagement shoot, my bridals, and our wedding. I even got to hang out with her a few other times, and she is just such a sweetheart! She definitely got what we were looking for, and we knew that she would deliver just that! We were stunned when we received our photos... She captured everything and anything! I wanted photos of all the details, and she did just that! She was really patient with dealing with our group/family shots, and she even stayed beyond when she told us to get our special exit. If you want nothing but professional, talented and perfect photos, book Jamie!

Muffy is a total doll to work with! I was very happy that she not only got what I wanted my flowers to look like, but was very understanding and willing to work with our budget. I know that I drove her nuts with all my questions and the fact that I kept changing my mind and was indecisive, but she kept her cool and was such a sweetheart through everything. They went above and beyond what we paid for, and I was so happy with everything! Our bouquets were PERFECT, and our centerpieces were just so incredible!

We met on Sanibel Island, we fell in love on Sanibel Island, he proposed on Sanibel Island, so it was only fitting that we got married where it all started. We selected the Dune Golf Club based on the location, the beauty of the venue, the price and the overall good vibes we got from the staff. The guys got to enjoy a few rounds of golf, and us girls got in a few rounds as well before we decided tennis was more of our game. We definitely enjoyed the food, at Rassa, and even more with our dinner for our reception. The location definitely was perfect for us, and we got a lot of great photos as well!

I've been to the salon a few times before my wedding to have my hair done for occasions, and I always had Debbie working on me. When I mentioned to her that I was getting married, she got really excited and offered to do a free trial for me. Of course I took advantage of the offer, and I was really happy that I did. I knew that I could trust Debbie with my hair because she knew what I liked and what would work for me, and we came up with a few styles that she gave me her honest thoughts about. I was really excited when I finally selected one, and so I asked if she would come out to me on my wedding. She said that they do, and I booked them! She brought out her team on my wedding, and they all worked their magic! We had so much fun with them, and they made us all feel and look wonderful! If you get the chance, book Debbie!

I wanted a very specific look/ensemble for my husband and the guys, so I made sure that I was present for the initial meeting to get things going in selecting the guys' suits. We happened across Black Tie Tuxedos one day, and my husband and I decided to check it out. We were very impressed by the spectacular service we received from Debbie and her staff. They were very helpful in selecting and coordinating the ensemble look that I wanted to go with our colors. Their prices were great, and I was so happy that we came across their store! Because they are local, Debbie did say that as long as we got the specific measurements for the guys, she would take care of their suits as well. She did just that, and there were absolutely no issues with sizes, missing pieces or anything else!

I resolved early in the planning stages that I did not have the patience or the knowledge of where to start with DIY projects. With that in mind, I wasn't going to attempt doing our invitations myself, so I spent quite a bit of time looking for invitations that would not only set the tone/theme for our wedding, but was what I wanted and within our budget. I was very happy to come across The American Wedding website, and I fell in love with a few of their invitations. We finally settled on the Wrapped with Elegance, and placed our order quite easily online. We got our invitations in the mail almost a week later, and overall we were very happy. I thought that the cardstock would have been a little heavier/much better quality, but overall, I was very happy because they were very pretty. A lot of our guests even remarked how they liked our invitations!

I just wanted my bustle done, and I took my dress to Lalanne's after my Mom and a couple of bridesmaids said they got a great deal themselves. I was expecting the work to cost me a pretty penny, but they only charged me $40!! I was very shocked and happy, and they did such a great job on my bustle!

After spending how many weekends visiting store after store, and how many hours online, I really didn't have the energy to do it all over again in search for the dress for my bridal party. So... I told them that the dress had to be formal, satin, at least knee-length or longer, and it had to be black. To my surprise, they all purchased their own dress from Netbride. The girls haven't stopped raving about Netbride, and I know a few of them have used the website again for other events. They each got to select their own dress that showed their personality (and I loved each one), and they were very pleased with the price. Each dress was received much sooner than quoted as well! My MOH even had to return her dress because they sent the wrong size, but she said that their customer service was very friendly and professional and exchanged her dress with no problem!

I had pretty much given up on finding my dress anywhere locally, until I got dragged to Lace & Roses. My mom did the dragging and even scheduled an appointment, which I am glad she did. We were there for almost two hours, and during that first day we received stellar service from our consultant. She kept bringing out dress after dress that was within my budget and my likes. At the end I couldn't make up my mind between a Maggie Sottero or a Raylia, so Heather (I think that's her name, if I remember correctly), told me to sleep on it. I was really grateful that she didn't try to pressure me at all, and told me to come back as often as I needed to make sure. I went back 2 more times afterwards before I finally settled on the Raylia! I was so surprised that I selected that dress, but I really thought it was made for me, and I was so happy with the price! They really treat you like you're their only customer at Lace & Roses!
