Nice hotel room, but we reserved a king-sized bed for the evening and they gave us two double beds. We were told they can't guarantee king-size beds and only charged us for the double beds. Our question is...why reserve a king-size bed it the hotel doesn't guarantee it? It should state something when the room is reserved. It did put a little damper on our wedding night knowing we didn't get what we reserved.

Had a very nice pastor, pleasant and good personality to lighten up moments during ceremony. Unfortunately, all the time invested in bride/groom picking the best vows was for nothing since the pastor changed them without our knowledge. It was confusing to repeat words that we didn't agree upon. We paid $150 for the pastor to come to the rehearsal and the balance for the wedding ceremony. The rehearsal was great, but didn't help too much when it came to the actual ceremony - our nerves got the better of us, but the pastor was very helpful. Wouldn't recommend this service only due to the fact of the vows being changed on us without our knowledge.

Didn't even know this site existed, but it was set up beautifully. Plenty of parking either on-site or on the street...no one complained about the parking whatsoever. There was a stage where the DJ was able to set up, and they allowed the DJ to come about 2 hours early to set up with no problems. Had lovely walk-in entrance and this site worked out just great for our needs.

Recommend this company for tuxedos. Had a problem due to the location, but not a problem. Ordered & was sized for two tuxedos in one state and picked up the tuxedos in another state with the rest of the wedding party. Not a problem and all tuxedos fit perfectly after alterations.

Wonderful chapel to get married in. The setting is perfect with the mountains in the background and made for beautiful pictures inside the church and outside on the grounds. They had two coordinators the day of the event - one stayed with me the whole time, making sure I didn't see the groom...and the other coordinated with the groom and the guests. Very pleasant people to work with and very helpful in every way. Highly recommended, plus plenty of on-site parking.

Excellent person to deal with!! There is no pressure to go with her or another company, which I liked. Her flowers looked exactly like the pictures she displayed during the interview. She was so easy to deal with and the flowers were delivered on time (if not a few minutes early), and I just couldn't ask for a better florist! Highly recommended...and she can be contacted thru Ritz Catering.

Even though the final result turned out to be more than I could have expected, I can't really say I would recommend this company. I had trouble getting in touch with my representative and had more than one issue to deal with. However, this company does offer multiple food menus and choice of wedding cake flavors & fillings. The food was wonderful and the cake was decorated exactly as I had asked for. This company did provide an on-site coordinator the day of the wedding reception, and she was wonderful in putting together all the activity as planned.

The representative was extremely helpful on my first visit, giving advice on what accessories should or should not be worn with the dress that I decided upon. The alterations were done quickly, yet they don't offer many days to pick-up altered dress. My MOH got her dress there and again, the representative helping her was very helpful. Her dress had to be ordered, and it arrived a little earlier than anticipated. This company has so many dresses on sight and at reasonable prices, that I would definitely recommend a bride or bridal party make this their first stop for dress hunting.

Exactly the type of personality needed to be a videographer! He was great, and even though there was a 'glitch' during the wedding ceremony, he made up for it by video taping our reception at no additional cost. He's always upbeat and cheerful, and I would recommend his services if someone was looking for a videographer. Am very happy to have found this videographer because he helped to bring the memories of our wedding to life when we saw the videotape.

Marcie was great! Never being at the chapel previously, she came to the rehearsal & took a few pictures. The day of the wedding, she was correct - I didn't realize she was there most of the time and the pictures turned out so beautiful. All the friends and family who saw our online site pictures were in awe of how great the pictures were. She made our special day so memorable and I would definitely recommend Memories by Marcie to anyone looking to hire a photographer.
