To say that the JW Marriott went above and beyond our expectation is an understatement! We had venue issues around 7 months out and then ended up booking at the JW and have not looked back! From the quick responses to emails to their willingness to meet with you and share ideas with you, they are outstanding! Michael & Julie in the Catering Department are true professionals!

Said & Carl in banquets truly blew us away! All that we had to do was show up and have fun, they took care of each and every detail in between. The next day, at our farewell party, our guests were even commenting on how attentive and amazing the staff us. Usually guests will say that they had a great time, but to comment on the banquet staff really demonstrates what an impression they left on our guests!

So many said that it was the best wedding they ever attended and I owe that to the staff at the JW Marriott for executing our plan! It takes a special staff to execute a detailed event plan and they did that and then some!!!

I would highly recommend the JW Marriott to anyone looking for a venue!

I recently had my initial consult with Theresa and her team and can not wait to see the finished product!

We reviewed what I liked- the colors, the styles, they took their time to explain what flowers will work and not work for that season, time of the year, weather, etc.

They are creative, fun and can do anything from traditional to the non traditional- like me!

This is one of the best "strip hotels" to choose for your wedding! The grounds are beautiful, the packages are comprehensive and offer great options and a great value.

Their staff is fabulous- Valerie, Desirae, Jamie- I love them all!

This has always been my first choice for a wedding venue but when we moved our reception it included a ceremony, so we had to CXL here, which bummed me out.

This venue gets one star because it is aesthetically gorgeous! The location is amazing and you get the country club look! HOWEVER- the coordination staff, they get zero stars and are the reason the venue gets one star as a whole.
They make you feel like you are a burden, not a client. In trying to set up a walk through, the coordinator was not willing to accommodate an appointment after 4 pm, when she works until 5. They make no accommodation for a weekend walk trough, so unless you want to use your honeymoon/vacationtime to plan your wedding, do not bother.


If you can get past that part- the grounds are beautiful. The ballroom itself is dressed in muted tones, earthy/rosey tones and can use some decor. There is an obnoxious stage at the front of the room, but it can be covered with the right decor.

This is one of the few venues in Vegas that will allow for you to bring in your own vendors which is why we initially chose this venue. They charge $275 per hour, which is not a bad price at all.

This ballroom is SEPARATE from the country club- I don't want them getting a bad rep. so it belongs to the residents of the community, which is why the stage is in the room.

I actually CXL'd my event here due to their lack of service oriented employees.

Scott and Cameron shot our engagement photos and we were more than thrilled with the end result. Can't wait for the wedding!

I had a CD of photos within just a few days, with a select few edited. Since we weren't sure what we were using for our Save the Dates, we asked to receive some with edits and then ALL photos without.

Scott and Cameron are a delight- they are professional, creative unique and FUN! We had a blast and came up with some great ideas- they appreciated my input and definitely put their own spin on things. They took my vision and made it happen from the lens. Their equipment is new, state of the art and upgraded!

If you are looking for traditional, or traiditonal with a modern twist, Imagine Photo Studios gets my vote! A-May-ZZZZING
