We rented a large black van that would be able to transport large amounts of people for pictures, etc. Jack Madden Ford in Norwood, MA was more than accomodating. They made sure that we had the newest vehicle on the lot because it was a special occassion.

Gary Ambush is the owner of “Four Paws Photography” (781) 581-6913. He was a wonderful photographer. Gary has an eye for different looks and was the best photographer we could have found. He made us feel comfortable and took wonderful pictures. I have a photograph on my desk at work and people ask me where the picture was taken. It was in front of a tree in the parking lot of the reception hall and it is our favorite picture. He took a-typical pictures that came out beautiful!

We created our invitations ourselves and saved a lot of money. We went on-line and looked up the different types of invitations and styles. We used the wording that we liked and made it our own. We purchased an invitations kit from Building 19 3/4 so that we would have the cards, envelopes, directions card, and placecards that were blank. We printed them off of our computer and it was very personal for us.

Joey and Maria's Italian Wedding was one of the funniest live performances that I have ever been to. It was extremely appropriate for a bachlorette party! It was great because they served food as part of your ticket price so that you don't have to go to dinner before or after enjoying the show. The food was not anything spectacular, but it was decent. They pulled the audience in to participate in the various parts of the show and made you feel like you were a part of their wedding. It was entertaining and fun. I would suggest it to anyone.

I made my favors out of on sale Valentine's Day items from Wal-Mart. I purchased the items a few days after Valentine's Day so that it was 50-75% off. I had heart buckets that I filled with candy, silver heart baskets that I filled with candles, table cloths, stuffed animals for the kids, etc. It is amazing how much you can save by creating your own favors!

Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Hanover, MA has fabulous staff! They make you at home and make it easy to learn the dances that you want to learn. They have different teachers that specialize in different areas, so you can learn just about any dance or style.

B & D Catering is located in Hanover, MA. They conduct business out of Go-Go's Sub Shop. At first I was nervous because Go-Go's did not seem up to par for a catering company. However, the owner met with me himself and discussed all options for a perfect dinner. They accomodated my every need and even said that their wait staff would dress in my color scheme. The food was wonderful and my guests said that it was the best wedding food that they have ever had. I agree. The food was fresh and full of flavor. The chicken was moist, which is rare for wedding food. They also cut my cake and served it so that I would not have to worry about that. They cleaned up after themselves and left all of the food that was left over for us to take with us or give to our guests. The owner even came by himself to ensure that everything was to my liking and that I had no complaints. That was a nice touch!

Desert Works is located on Vanderbuilt Ave in Norwood, MA. The quality of the ingredients were unmatched by any other Boston or local bakeries. You could tell by how light the cake was that the ingredients were high class. I brought in a picture of the design of the cake and they created it perfectly. They also made a miniture version for us to take home that look exactly the same (honeymoon cake) for free. It came in a tiny box and tasted as good as the original. They delivered it and assembled it on site so that there would be no damage en route. The guests stated that it was the best cake that they have ever tasted and we agreed. It did not cost a fortune and was worth every penny!

Terry's Bridal in Norwood, MA is a family run business. The ladies were helpful and came up with creative ideas to help me find and create my perfect wedding dress. I chose silk as my material and they worked wonders with the wrap, the lace, and the design. I received compliments and continue to hear that it was a perfect dress.
