My wedding was in March 2010, and I haven't received my video. When I was finally able to get a response to my many phone calls and emails a month after the wedding, I was told the video takes 3-5 months to complete (so August at the latest). At the end of September, I was told my highlights video would be the next to be completed. I haven't been able to get a single response since. No estimated completion date, no "I'm sorry for the delay," nothing. I also filed a complaint with the BBB; of course he hasn't responded to that.
The price was reasonable (it included delivery and a 145-slice cake), the cake was delicious, and it was delivered on time! We ordered the Cuban cake with pineapple on the top and bottom layer, and lemon custard in the middle layer. All were hits! My only complaint was that it didn't really look too much like the design we gave them, but it was still pretty and the exact pattern wasn't that important to me so I still give them 4 stars. We love Portos!

How unfortunate that I have to give any stars at all! Rachel was not only the worst vendor I worked with, but she pretty much scammed me and stole my deposit.
I scheduled a trial and paid a (cash at her request--apparently people were bouncing checks) deposit to Rachel in late February, confirmed her arrival time the night before my wedding (a month later), and woke up to a text message from "her neighbor" (from her phone number) telling me that Rachel would not be available because she was in the hospital for a fever. I'd give her the benefit of the doubt (maybe she actually got sick, maybe she was just hungover, but it would have been professional to offer at least another MUA's phone number), but I see new ads of hers posted on Craigslist since my wedding date, yet she apparently hasn't managed to get well enough to call me or return my messages about getting me my deposit back. I would not trust this vendor, and wouldn't recommend her to anyone.
