They did not give a lot of info about how to return the tux. They are VERY busy, and you have to talk them down for a LOW cost. A little difficult to work with, and did not want to help when we received a “wrong size”. They basically let you pick out whatever you want and do not give suggestions. They ALWAYS send out “great deals” to get your business, and most of the time it is worth it. (free plane trips/50% off invites)

I highly recommend having a photo booth at your reception! My guests LOVED it! And the bride and groom were given a high resolution CD of ALL the pictures that night! Guests were able to take home a little token to remember your wedding, (free of charge). Great fun to look through the next day to remember all the good times everyone had. One thing I would recommend would be props! A boa/top hat would have been VERY funny, but without our guests had to be creative.

Not very helpful choosing transportation for my size wedding party. The limo we chose said it seated 22 people and we could BARELY squeeze in 14! The limo was HOT and cramped. It was difficult to get into. I would definitely recommend transportation you can walk up onto. Such as a shuttle bus, or party bus, it was very hard to get in/out and HOT because of the limited room. Also it was a little pricey for the quality of the limo Navigator.

Rehearsal Dinner: We booked this venue then they changed the menu on us. The food was not very good, but the waitress was AMAZING. She was so nice quick and helpful! We did have the back room, which was very far away from the restroom. I would not recommend this for a rehearsal dinner, Main Street Saint Charles is not far away, and they have a MUCH better selection of rehearsal dinner locations.

BEAUTIFUL location! Very secluded and quiet, perfect scenery. Pretty expensive, you pay for every single extra thing you want, and they do not budge on their prices. Staff was easy to work with but not very helpful the day of the wedding. They changed things around on us at the last min, and did not inform us. (Where guests enter) So we had guests roaming around the place and going into the high school reunion next door. The food was FANTASTIC! Wait staff took very good care of us and our guests.

Very reasonable price. One guy (Tom) who works out of his home. He LOVES photography and that shows in his pictures. He is very creative with albums, great to work with. A little slow at getting back to you after the wedding. He does a lot of wedding/aerial photoshoots, so he is busy a lot.

Huge selection of invitations and design-your-owns available to choose from. A little overwhelming, but the staff was very helpful. It took a little while to get a invitation preview, and for the order to come in, so order well in advance! My invitations turned out beautiful! They will even put them together, address them, and send them out for an extra fee.

PARADISE….Maui is beautiful with so much to do, and see. You can relax, or take an adventure. There are so many things to see on this island you will need to be there for 1 month. The Sheraton takes care of your every need. They have snorkeling available at the beach right out your hotel room. The hotel pool is huge with plenty of room to sun/swim. There are free classes daily at the Resort, hula/snorkeling/lei making. Restaurants on the resort were a little expensive, but the WHOLE experience is worth it. JET LAG on the way back if you take the “red eye”.

I’ve been using Cassie as my stylist for YEARS! We did 2 trials (up do and down). The spa can help you with every thing you may need the day of your wedding, and help you relax. Hair, nails, make-up, facials, botox, you name it you got it! A little pricey, but after you’ve had 1 glass of wine you will forget about the bill.

They were a little difficult to work with. They did not give a contract to sign, or tell me the price of my flowers, they just told me that they would “work with my budget, and use my flower ideas to create something I would love.” I had to trust them to make exactly what I wanted. They did a mock up of my wedding flowers to show me at a wedding show they attended. From that trial I was able to change what I wanted and the day of my wedding the flowers arrived and they were SPECTACULAR! I was highly impressed by what they had put together for my bouquet. Their price is extremely reasonable. For $2000 I got a bridal bouquet, 3 bridesmaids’ bouquets, 2 mother’s bouquets, 12 corsages, and 25 centerpieces. Very nice fresh flowers, would defiantly recommend them if you want some one else in charge of being creative with your flowers.
