What a beautiful place to have a wedding! Father Kevin was so helpful in preparing us for our big day! They provide EVERYTHING--singers, organists, alter-servers. And they were so helpful in helping us to choose our favorite verses and psalms to have read during our ceremony. Thanks so much!

The Hampton Roads Bridal Show at the Wyndham Hotel was extremely helpful in helping connect me to different vendors and give me ideas for my own wedding. Everyone was so helpful and I got so much free stuff! I got in for free and my mom and sister-in-law only had to pay $5 each. Such a great afternoon! Thanks so much!

I used to work at a David's Bridal and was really excited about buying my dress from there when it was my turn to get married. However, I went into the Norfolk David's Bridal (near intersection of Military Hwy and Virginia Beach Blvd) and received the worst customer service I have ever encountered in any kind of business. I was told that because I did not have an appointment, I could not even LOOK at the dresses. I had already chosen a dress and simply wanted my mother to see it on me before I purchased it. I think it's important to add that we arrived at about 12:30 and MANY of the salesgirls were leaning on the counter just talking to each other, so it's not like they were busy to begin with. I highly recommend David's Bridal...but really just the one in Hampton. The one in Norfolk is NOT bride-friendly. The David's Bridal in Hampton was amazing in helping me outfit not only myself, but all six of my bridesmaids and helping us to get organized to pick out the matching groomsmen's tuxes. A wonderful and afforadable place to have a wedding reception! They have two locations and amazing availability, as well as Friday night specials at their Virginia Beach location. We worked with Helena and she was extremely helpful in helping us to design the reception that we wanted while working within our budget. Our 150 person wedding reception at Grand Affairs cost us what a 75 person reception somewhere else would have. Thanks so much Grand Affairs!
