I ordered my Jasmine Couture gown from House of Brides. The price she gave me was fantastic - Like MsBella said - it was below all the online quotes I had received plus there was no S&H! I saved about 40% off the highest quote I had received in other shops. The dress came in a couple of weeks earlier than she told me it would and I had no problems picking it up. Yes, it was very busy but she got my gown for me and put me in a "room" to try it on. I am not having my alterations done through her so I'm not sure of the service in that regard. But if you are looking for a great price on a gown this is the place to go!

The Wedding Day was great! I went shopping with 2 of my wedding party, my 2 sisters and my mother. We showed up a bit early for the appointment on a sunday - it was no problem! After filling out a short form my consultant came over within a couple of minutes. Liz was great. She asked what styles I was looking for and my price range. I gave her a list of gowns I had researched online - she gave us a tour of the shop, pointing out the brands in my price range and told us to go ahead and pull any gowns we wanted to try while she looked to see if they had the gowns I wanted. They have a great selection of wedding gowns and though we weren't looking they seemed to have a huge selection of bridesmaids dresses to! Our consultant kept checking in with us and taking any gowns to the fitting room for us until we were ready.

Unlike some shops I have been to they had no problem leaving me in the fitting room to put the gowns on myself! (I'm a bit on the modest side and prefer not to undress in front of a stranger)! Every time I opened that door Liz was there and ready to zip and clip to make the gown fit so I could show it off.

The layout is nice. They have a center "stage" where you can show off to everyone and look in the mirror OR each fitting room had it's own pedestal and wide mirror if you preferred not to use the one in the main room - which I did not. All in all I loved my experience at The Wedding Day - though I did not buy a gown from them. I still am not sure what gown I want, but I looked online and the prices seem to be about the norm. I have a feeling I will be back at least one more time - maybe even to buy my dress from them!
