Great candid photos and excellent quality pictures. We would have liked the formal pictures to have been a little more polished and more formal (hindsight is 20/20 though). They did all the poses we asked them to. They are great for artistic photos and great for catching those rare wedding moments. They caught the essence of the day!

Pamela was the calm in the middle of the storm. She had the ceremony and she officiated well. She was very flexible, on time and thorough in completing paperwork.

The flowers were perfect. She did exactly what I wanted and more with a very limited budget. She has great creativity and all the arrangements were top notch!

I’m sure she does great things with flowers, but her people skills and organizational skills are lacking. I interviewed her and hired her with a limited budget and she said she could work with me. A month before the wedding she decided she just couldn’t work within my budget so I went with a different florist.

Awesome music and very professional. They played and DJ’d the day well! The ceremony music was perfectly timed.

Caterer:

The location was great. The food was abundant (but we had a minimum order to meet). The vegan meal had milk products in it. When I asked them to confirm they refused to let me talk to the chef to confirm that the pre-ordered vegan meal with “Alfredo” sauce for my bridesmaid was indeed vegan.

The event coordinator was extremely bossy and told my flowergirls not to throw the fake petals very much down the aisle. She didn’t even ask what was expected, but assumed that’s how it should be.

Kim does professional baking and catering. She made us a great groom’s cake that was an exact replica of Link’s shield from the legend of Zelda (a video game). The fondant was perfect. The cake underneath was decadent! The cake was the hit of the dessert course!

The cake was great tasting. We chose the lemon because it was neutral and we had a second cake that was chocolate (by another caterer). They delivered the cake 1 hr late. It was most assuredly not “white” frosting. They forgot to charge me the delivery fee and the day before the wedding demanded an additional $50 for delivery to Lincoln, when it we told them when we pre-paid the account we told them the location we needed it delivered to.

David’s bridal was not personal and not professional enough for me to buy my dress there. I went online and got one cheaper and just had it altered. My bridesmaids did find dresses there but found the customer service and appointment only system not warm or inviting.

Strikes has great games and lots of fun for those interested in good clean fun.
