We had a mixed experience with them. We had some initial confusion regarding groomsmen. We asked to have one groomsmen removed since he told us he was not going to be able to make it, so they removed him but they also removed my brother-in-law. Luckily, my brother-in-law was able to be added back very easily. The guy we worked with was nice. The groomsmen were able to place their orders, more or less, smoothly and the pick up went fine. The only problem was that the groomsmen tuxes were not the tuxes we ordered. We were planning on having all the guys wear diamond-lapel tuxes , but for some reason standard tuxes were delivered for the groomsmen. No idea how that happened, however it wasn’t a big deal as we didn’t notice until the reception. Also, I was never able to access their online tool to keep track of the tuxes. Whenever I logged into our account, it always said we didn’t have any pending orders. Overall, things worked out, so I don’t have much to complain about.
