Laura is responsive: a call or email is quickly answered. She is straightforward and professional: no upselling or surprises and always a prompt turnaround. She is creative and incredibly skilled: the hand she used on our invitations and custom ink color translated into beautiful artisan calligraphy. She is reasonable: her pricing scales with the intricacy of the font selected and provides good value relative to the superior quality of her work. Laura is your best bet if you want the very best calligraphy, without the headaches and drama of working with a "prima donna". She is an ablsolute gem of a person and an amazingly gifted artist. I wish there was a sixth star!
