We did not go far, we stayed at the Kiawah Island Golf Resort, it is on an offshore island like 30 minutes from Charleston. It was so relaxing, they had a golf course, two swimming pools, and hidden little beach knooks. We had a private villa that was so romantic, out of everything about my wedding this was the best !

Tank was slammin, now my husband is from D.C, so he played some gogo. That is really hard to find down here but he did it. He also played all the dirty south, like the Slim Thugs, Petty Pablo's, everything that was on our playlist. He even that dag on stupid stanky leg song the kids like!

Tyses helped me in ways that were unimaginable, to the caterers, to the save the dates, the bridal show, everything. She made everything so organized. I really do not understand how people have weddings with no planners, unless they are rich and have nothing else to do with their lives!

We rented the additional tables from here, the rental hall only provided like 10 total. The consultant who was named Mary, was really helpful and threw some additional table cloths in as well( we did not use them, they did not match).

All I can say is ghetto, ghetto, ghetto. First of all you should not get lost on the way to pick up the bride, Then the driver had the nerve to keep smoking cigarettes everythime he got out of the car. Then the kicker was on the way to the reception you had to stop and get gas though, now come on. If this company offers there services for free, tell them no!

My planner actually had a relationship with this company I guess from previous experience. So me and my planner agreed on everything but this. The plants look wilted, I am sorry. They could have gotten fresher flowers especially with all the money we spent. I told my planner I hope she is getting a sweet kickback because they were overrated.

Skakonda has been doing my dreads for years so I had all the confidence in the world with her doing my hair. Now she is great in twist but I had to have my mother tighten my do again. I was not mad though just is not her area of expertise, my two sisters who were the bridesmaids had braids to!

We bought our rings like two days before the wedding, we almost forgot, to be honest. We went with a more traditional style expecially since I do not really favor jewelry. The only problem we had was that they had weird way of determining who qualified for credit. I know my husband has more established than me but they denied him and approved me.

My brothers actually wore suits as opposed to tuxedos-instead of tuxedos. Some had black suits already but they bought the matching neck ties and lapels from here. They did not have any problems or complaints and the prices were fairly reasonable.

The invitations had little dots and ribbed designs that created a puffy , swollen up look on my wedding stationery. They were delivered on time and the two times we called customer service we had no problems.
