I think everyone else on here has pretty much summed it up- Keith Renn was the WORST vendor I worked with for my wedding day. The only thing I am grateful for is this nightmare of dealing with him for the past two years is now over. He makes a lot of promises in the beginning to get your business after you sign that contract, forget about getting your phone calls or emails returned.
My biggest issues were:
1). I had to reach out to him the week of my wedding to coordinate the logistics for the wedding day. Apparently he had neglected to have me fill out a 5 page document with all the details. I got stuck doing that 3 days before the wedding.
2). I flat out asked him if I would own the rights to my pictures. My mistake was believing in his vague response, "well no one can actually own the pictures unless you take them" but you do get a DVD of all the pictures. Yes this DVD is as the last person said absolutely USELESS!
3). The document he had me fill out was also useless he didn't bring it with him to ensure we had all the pictures I wanted to have taken.
4). The real process begins after the wedding day. Keith or his wife, Kathy will not get back to you. When you point this out that there hasn't been a response etc- they are even worse. My mother and I both ordered prints, when we received our order in the mail we were both missing 2-3 prints each. Instead of this situation being resolved immediately (*there is something called customer service most companies care about)- it dragged out for over a month. My husband told Kathy Renn this unacceptable- she said "we had to be patient." I should not have to be patient when you made an error.
5). Okay so I finally got my album after placing my order 7 months ago. For $1500 we have an album in which the pages are coming unglued and metal spikes randomly come out of the spine of album.
As the last person said I truly regret hiring Renn Weddings. I wish I would have seen these reviews sooner.

At the last minute I decided to book a videographer for our wedding. Our photographer was TERRIBLE so I'm so happy that I chose to get the video done. Our DVD is amazing and truly captures our wedding day. My biggest regret is that I didn't get the more expensive package that had coverage of me getting ready in the morning. They are phenomenal to work with and their response time to emails and phone calls was excellent. Truly one of the best decisions I made of my wedding!

For the most part I had a wonderful experience with The Wedding Touch. The manager is awesome and always great about getting back to your emails in a timely manner. The seamtress, Mary Jane is very sweet and helpful with the alterations.
All my bridesmaids had a great experience as well. The only snafu we had was the Junior Bridesmaid was ordered in the wrong color. I realized this when I arrived to pick it up. They did a great job of resolving the issue immediately and getting the correct dress.

Marc came highly recommended to us by one of our friends who was married two years ago. He did a fantastic job for our wedding! He literally had the dance floor packed all night long. At one point we wanted to take a picture of all the friends from college to find the photographer had already left. Marc ran down the stairs to catch him for us!
