Jacob may seem like the friendliest person you could ever meet. He was easy to work with and took great pictures. Everything was fine until AFTER the wedding. This is when you will most likely never hear from him again. It has been two years since my wedding and he still hasn't delivered my wedding album, wall print, and video. He has all my memories and no matter how much I call and email, he hasn't returned my call. I have gotten in contact with 6 other couples he's done the same thing to. He is a crook. I even reported him to the Better Business Bureau and he didn't work with them either. He has taken almost $5,000 of my money and I have nothing to show for it.
