This is my experience with a recent purchase of a $4000 tailor made dress - bought in 2011.
On the surface they want to make you feel comfortable, comfortable enough to land the sale, then it all falls apart from there. Once a sale is closed, customer service all about dies. They treated me like a fourth class citizen, and the customer services was utterly clueless, after the purchase. I needed alternation that I paid for in advance to find out they would not even do them. Instead, sent me down the street without advance notification! This would not have been so bad if I had not flown all the way from New York City to Houston with my new mother-in-law. Even worse, the paid for alternations were never done!!! The dress as shipped in a box 10x10x13 inches!!!! In a plastic bag!!!
I am in the middle of starting a law suit against Winnie Couture for failure of delivering services, false advertising and damage of property.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! THINK THREE TIMES BEFORE CLOSING A DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY FOR THE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT DAY OF YOUR LIFE!!!
