When I started inquiring about Kelly's services I told her exactly what I wanted and even brought pictures for one of her team member's Karen who she sent in her place to do my hair and make-up for my Oct. 2009 wedding. When Karan was done working on me I didn't feel to sure about how she had done my make-up. I asked for dark and dramatic since that is how I normally do my make-up. Well she did the opposite, even though I told her and brought in examples. I just received my wedding photos back from my photographer and I hate them. I look HORRIBLE!!! I look completely washed out. I read all these great reviews, looked at previous brides who had their make-up done and they all looked great...Guess when it came to me Karen was not interested in how I wanted to look on my wedding day. Worst mistake I made hiring them for such an important day in my life. I should have done my own make-up to be honest, I would have done a much better job and I have not had any make-up schooling like these girls say they do. Now I am stuck with these pictures forever and it's the worst i've ever looked. I was suppose to feel beautiful for this one day and I did not. I looked terrible. Thank you for your services!
