Ordered some confetti for the wedding. Filled out all of the information and paid for the item. I got an email saying that there was a problem with the order and it could not be processed. I needed to contact them. I contacted them and finally getting through to customer service, I was told their was a problem and I was not charged shipping. They needed to collect their shipping money. I informed them that this was their mistake because I have the email confirmation showing my totals and there was not a shipping cost. If it was there mistake, they should own up to it. Not contact their customers scamming them out of more money.
Not sure if this was a scam so the price would seem cheaper than the competitor sites.
