We had an engagement shoot with Thai last month in SF (where we got engaged) and it went well. Thai was very good at getting us to feel comfortable, which I think is super important for a wedding photographer. We walked all over the pier and he never tired of looking for areas we could use or getting us to laugh for a genuine expression to capture on film. I could tell he truly loves what he does. He even got a splinter from lying on the ground to frame a shot! How is that for dedication. The photos themselves turned out great. I’m just sad the day was completely overcast b/c I love to see how photographers use light.

In addition to being a good photographer, he is also an enthusiastic, fun guy who is a joy to be around. And has the perfect partner-in-crime, his wife Giao. She’s a professional makeup artist/hairstylist and they usually work together for engagement sessions. The few hours we spent with them flew by with lots of chats and laughter, and we feel like we’ve made new friends.

I recommend him to anyone who wants an outstanding photographer and fabulous photos!
